A full service, high functioning and welcoming Burger King open for business. The manager here today listened to my “picky“ order and made sure things were cooked and prepped to spec.
The cashier working the counter is a friendly professional. This restaurant offers new technology for placing an order and pouring your soft drink.
It’s busy inside and out, which is a good sign. If you want hot food cooked to order and friendly service in Gadsden, head to this community’s Burger King. I’ll see you there!
The bathrooms were clean and wheelchair access from the parking area is clearly marked. Inside wheelchair users can find comfortable seating for lunch and to gather together with friends or family.

Placed order on line. Wife went to pick it up. The girl that waited on my wife claimed to not have an order in my name. She had been looking for first name which is Jeffery as my last name. Finally got that straight, but once my wife got home, I had folded back a portion of th wrapper and took a few bits when I felt my thumb sink into the sandwich. I immediately folded back the wrapper to expose what looked like some other kind of bread pieced placed where part of the top bun was missing. Compared this to the bottom bun which didn’t look the same. Not I’ll ever go back. I have a picture of this sandwich. You decide for yourself where this came from. What I did eat didn’t set well in my stomach.

I stopped by on my lunch to grab the Big Fish sandwich combo. The fries were hot and fresh, and they were salted well. The attendant asked me medium or large at the speaker while ordering. Imagine my surprise that medium drink cups of tea at this Burger King is a little bigger than a kid’s cup. That was surprising, however, overall, I had good food, quick service, and you can’t top that trying to squeeze a good lunch into the lunch hour.

Went there yesterday thru the drive thru ordered a #1and before I could get out what I wanted on it she rude said is that all I ordered a few more items and after each one continued so say the same thing got to the window and bout 45sec later I got my food but it took them 3 min to give me my drinks with no ice…got home fries and onion rings were cold and the whoppers that are supposed to come with lettuce tomatoes pickles and onion had nothing but a finger full of wilted lettuce

I walked in and they weren’t very busy to be 12:30pm. There was no one in line. Took about 5 minutes for anyone to come up to the register and take my order. Asked for sweet tea and they said they didn’t make any today. Went to fill my cup from the automatic drink dispenser and there was no ice. Ordered the trio 2 chicken sandwiches and a drink. The chicken sandwiches had no lettuce, just mayonnaise and a lot of it. I prefer Burger King over any other fast food places and was very disappointed with it today.

The food was great! But the staff is what made our visit outstanding! Both the young lady taking our order and the young gentleman who helped her put the order in were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
As we were eating our meal, the young man came from behind the counter and was wiping tables. My husband commented him for his attitude. Both the staff members seemed to be enjoying their jobs and seemed as if they really wanted to be there. That’s the kind of attitude that adds a layer of enjoyment to your dining experience.

Manager on duty last night was very rude. He rung our order in wrong had to refund then ring up again then they had to remake our order 3 times still got it wrong. I used to be a manager at a BK this place is a laughing stock that gives the BK name a black eye. Thee store was dirty the people standing around like they didn’t have anything to do when no customers was around when there should’ve been cleaning done. ESPECIALLY the restrooms

Very hard to sit down to eat here without thinking you just might get a staph infection. And definitely gives you a feel of need to go take a shower immediately after entering. The workers were nice. Couldn’t stomach my food because of the grossness around me. Guaranteed my last stop in here until a complete remodel and cleaning. My Dr. Pepper tasted like fruit punch and my husbands Sprite tasted like fruit loops. I hate those nasty drink machines they have.

Wasn’t able to get my already payed for app order. The front cashier guy was yelling and pacing back and forth. He had a dispute with another man about his order. He kept saying he was going to walk out and this was the worst manager ever. It was finally my turn! He said I so want to take your order. I said it was on the app so it would be quick. He said good luck and walked out. Then came back in started pacing back and forth again. Did everything but say pickup for app order and put it in. So I walked out counting my blessings I did not eat there. I will wait days for a refund but it’s worth it.

So I went to Burger King in East Gadsden 12/1/2025 I ordered the Crispy Onion Whopper Combo with no raw onion no pickle cut in half with Onion Rings, and a coke..I get home it’s raw onions,no crispy strips, no cheese no bacon and it wasn’t cut in half they just gave me a regular damn whopper combo….And not to mention the number is disconnected so you can’t call and tell them…I wished I could give you no stars
