Lady said they have no burgers or whoppers… at Burger King LOL. I wasn’t mad though I just got some chicken nuggets which she rudely yelled the nugget counts to me when I had asked. Then at the window I said “Do you guys have any ketchup or honey mustard?” as I gave my card, she ignored me and said nothing. Then hands me my card two seconds later and says “Any sauces like ketchup?” I said “Yeah ketchup but do you guys have any honey mustard?” and she screams “CAN YOU SPEAK UP I CANT HEAR U!” and I said “KETCHUP AND DO U HAVE HONEY MUSTARD” she said “No.” and handed me my bag yet again with an attitude. Get this girl a different job. Not sure what the lady at the window’s problem is. I work customer service and I have waitressed in a restaurant as well. I get your job is stressful but there’s no reason to be rude for just doing your job to a customer who is just politely asking a question. Seems bitter, lose the ‘tude.

Went through the drive-thru this morning for breakfast and it was very slow. The worst thing was when I got my order. She handed me the bag and left to take another order. I left the drive-thru realizing she didn’t give me a straw for my drink, sauce for my burritos, and syrup for my French toast sticks. Very terrible service…

It really is amazing how this location has 8-10 people working there during the lunch rush and yet they still manage to only serve one person every 3 minutes or so. When you can look over to your right while waiting at this BK and see the subway line moving legit more than twice as fast, with at most 3 people working there, you know there is a serious problem with the staff.
Really feel bad for the one young girl they have running around like crazy trying to put together every order for both dine in and drive through in a bag and help run the ice cream and drink machines at the same time.
The food is always good and hot and at a good price as you’d expect from a BK, but expect to wait 30+ minutes for food here, inside or drive through.

I wish could use negative stars, customer service is completely useless at Drive Through, one person at the window who obviously doesn’t care about service, just there to collect a check. I like others served our country, retired and now work on base. We deserve better than what is given at this establishment. If you can’t provide good, strong customer service, close the doors. Case in point today at 12:26 I ordered large fries, large drink, and a sandwich. I received medium fries, cold sandwich and a drink with all carbonation, no soda. It’s too late to go back, only have 1/2 hour for lunch. This is not the first time either. The line was not bad, not too busy, so no excuse, just bad customer service. A smile and have a nice day would be nice, as I’m paying for a service. You have lost my business, as I won’t be back. RETIRED SFC, US ARMY, 30 years.

Service is substandard, food is luke warm, and the wait is ridiculous for “fast food.” I’ve been here 3 times and each time they’ve given me a “line discount” because of the wait and then still give me the wrong order. One person manning the register and filling orders and others just hanging out during a lunch rush. If you’re going to take a long time at least provide fresh and correct orders. Worst BK I’ve ever been too.

Might be – correction, *is* – the slowest fast food joint in Huntsville. Nobody seems to know how to actually run the register, and when you get your food, it’s better than 50/50 it’s wrong. Not enough people to expo and take orders, and make food.
You’re better off going off post, getting food, and then bringing it back…. you’ll be taking this food to go anyways.

Went today and ordered a #6 Chicken Sandwich combo. What did i get? Breakfast, that’s right. I got a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and hashrounds. I told them I didn’t order that and they looked at each other like they didn’t know what to do so I just took it. It was disgusting and I threw it in the trash when I got back to work so if you go there at 1045 make sure the cashier understands the difference between CHICKEN SANDWICH and a bacon egg cheese biscuit.
