My mobile app said to check in at the front counter. I went up to the counter and they all kept looking at me and than texting on their phones. Nobody spoke to me at all until they handed me my order, even when I spoke. I noticed we were missing our sauces we ordered and went to the counter and asked for more and she grunted and put them in my hand and turned around and walked off. I than told her we needed our cups for our drink. She huffed so loud and gave them to me without speaking. While our food was being made they had gloves on and were texting on their phones while making our order and was not sanitary at all.

I visit this location quite often and pretty much order the same thing every time. I visited this afternoon. The employee put what I wanted on one of my burger incorrectly, I corrected them and then asked them if they had gotten what I wanted as I stated to them again. The employee said yes ma’am. I got home and the burger was still made the incorrect way.

They always forget at least one item that you order. Every time! Other than that, they’re really nice. Check your bag! Ugh!

Everything was clean. We ordered our food through the app. They gave us chicken fries instead of regular fries, no big deal. Easy fix. The Whoppers tasted different and we could figure out why. 3 of the like 4 employees that were working all went out front at the same time to smoke. Personal preference obviously, but I would think there was a different, inconspicuous location for then to smoke.

They lock the door at 6 pm. Can’t get your entire order in the bag and apparently don’t carry many things on the menu anymore? I would rather drive across town to a Burger King in town and get better service than ive gotten from this one in recent times. And then this cheese looks horrible and my bun seems, soggy. Not going to this place againuntil they get new management.

ladies at the window started laughing and gossiping to each other.
