We went to this store to grab something for lunch, hoping it would be better than other times we’ve visited. It wasn’t. The young lady at the register seemed as if we were bothering her. She asked and we told her the order was to go and she handed it to us on a tray. Everyone except for the people cooking were on their phones. Not sure what happened to the original chicken sandwich patty but the one we got was in two pieces and did not taste like the original and the bread was hard. Not pleased at all!

Was craving a whopper but the last time I got one the food was not good and service was awful (not this location)…decided to give this location a shot…woman taking drive thru orders was super friendly. Calls you ‘sugar’ and gets your food nice and hot. One of the best whoppers I’ve had in a while! Will drive from Madison to cure my craving! The service here is absolutely pitiful. It’s a shame. Rude, obviously deaf because they want you to holler into the speaker to hear you, and the food was garbage. It’s no wonder they have almost zero business. Will never go back.

Went here 12/24/23. Rushed to make my order, staff seemed annoyed that me and my family were there. Got to the window, was given the wrong food, cold food, half nothing of a large fry, flat drink, not to mention staff half sleep with a black and mild cigar near food items. 1st and last time going to this location. Please hire better staff.

The woman at the register had such a great attitude.
It is wonderful to encounter ppl who love the work they are doing and take customer service seriously. It’s rare these days.
I didn’t get her name but it was around 830pm on 8/9/25 and she was the only person working the register.

Had a good experience here today. Really friendly staff and I got my order how I wanted it. The drive through is a little slow, but that seems like standard issue for Burger King. Can’t speak for the inside, but the outside was nice. Really easy to get in and out of, too.

Astonishingly filthy drive-through service area. While waiting for my order the employee left the window open. I was simply floored by the obvious filth and what appears to be a long term lack of cleaning and attention to detail. I hadn’t eaten in a Burger king in years but found my self behind the eight ball that day and needed something quick. As for the food- the fries had no salt and were placed on their side in the bag. The cheeseburger was luke warm and had the pickles all on one side of the sandwich. No standardization. They need to shut this place down and have a professional cleaning crew give it their best shot. I guess I’ll stay away another few years…(expand the image)
