I stopped by today and wanted to recognize David, one of the assistant managers, for doing an amazing job. It looked like he was working the window with only one other person, and even though they were clearly understaffed, he stayed patient, kind, and efficient. You could tell he was really trying to keep everything running smoothly. Employees like that deserve recognition thank you for the great service despite being put in a tough situation.

I placed a mobile order. I don’t appreciate ordering ahead and given instructions to pick up my food at 1:05 and i waited an additional 30 minutes. The food is not hot and fresh. The team member let me know the door dashers were more important and they were behind. This location has terrible customer service and speed of service.not only that I did not receive all my items and was told they had pie. I didn’t want pie and the fact that I have to call corporate to get a refund is terrible. I drove to the location on Jordan and the older gentleman was able to give me what I needed and they were hot and fresh.

Received stale food. Chicken fries had been sitting out for a while under the warmer. Ate about 1.5 pieces out of 8. Fries were at least warm. Tray was handed to me with grease all over the top and bottom of it. I did my best to wipe it off. It was not busy when I arrived. Waste of my money and time to stop here. I could have had the chicken fries remade but what’s the point. Had a feeling the staff weren’t really keen on doing much work after picking a seat in the dining room… unfortunately this is pretty standard now for most BK. Service may have been fast bit not quality or friendly.

This Saturday afternoon, December 28, 2024, I stopped by Burger King— at the intersection of Memorial Parkway and University Drive—for a quick, light lunch. I decided to try one of their “Melts,” and in particular: their “Bacon Melt.”
I was VERY pleased. The Bacon Melt was DELICIOUS. I really liked the combination of ingredients in the sauce and on the Melt. The sauce was a bit sweet, which I also liked.
Furthermore, the service that day was quick, the dining area was clean, and the attendant, Marcia, was friendly and professional.
So, a big thank you to the ENTIRE crew of Burger King on the corner of University Drive and Memorial Parkway, in Huntsville, Alabama, for an enjoyable light lunch.

Food was great, overall not a bad experience… however Service Speed, it is a must especially during your peak Lunch hours. As a former employee and manager, it is highly pertinent to make sure your shifts and your food comes out swiftly with great customer service.
Again, overall not a bad job but really need to get the service speed back up and going.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Terrible service and they took more than 40 minutes for the food. In the drive-tru they did not respond and we had to go to the window to receive a “return to the line and ask again”. 0/10 this experience, they must improve their speed and attention

I’m pretty disappointed on how they manage the store. The food doesn’t look appeasing and I had to throw it away due to being burnt. The drink looks like it’s been dumped and reused from another soda filler. Contamination. Theres no napkins to clean from the bag due to the mess they throw onto the burger. Most importantly, they didn’t give my receipt when they gave my card back. This is a red flag corporate building as this leads to theft.
I understand it’s cold due to employees wearing hoodies during work hours. Using their phone when there is customers waiting is not a good sign. Seems like there is no management in sight. Waited well over 10mins being the only person in the drive thru for a simple combo.
I wouldn’t recommend eating at this Burger King joint compare to others.

Slow as Christmas. They put jalapenos on my daughter’s burger and she about choked. They didn’t bother to tell me they were out of zesty said just threw ketchup in the bag. Don’t know how they still in business with the horrible service.

Went to order a whopper and the drive through staff tried saying it would take 15 to 20 minutes. Cook time and assembly time for a whopper is about 4 minutes with the broiler included.
