I frequently come to this location because I work in the area. I had an incident recently with the order taker in back cash I believe her name was Kim. Kim was rude and let me know that she was getting off so she didn’t care to take my order. I sped around to come in, I informed what I assumed to be the store manager. They remedied the situation. Today I come in and Kim is here, I saw her making fun of the disabled man placing his order on front counter. It’s also safe to assume that she bumped my order off of the screen before she left because everyone before me and after me received their MEALS and I only had three items on my ticket. Then the manager incorrectly refunded me. My entire break was wasted due to the poor customer service. There was plenty of staff on duty. 1 front counter, 1 backcash, 2-3 table men, and a manager. Never once did I get an apology or anyone ask if they can fix the situation. I was Customer Service DM for fast food for 6 years. I’m not sure what the standard is for BK but it seems as if you all should take it back to the drawing board.

waited in drive thru for 10 minutes, no one would come take my order. The manager was eating in the dining room as well as two other people. The sign says open till 11. RIDICULOUS!

Dine-in. No greeting from a very slow (no one was actually in front of me ordering) and inattentive staff. Several customers were waiting to be assisted with issues with their previous orders, however. After a long wait to order food, the cashier could not speak loud enough or enunciate what they were trying to say. This goes back to the other customers having issues where there was lengthy back and forth about what the customer wanted (which I understood them perfectly) to what the cashier was insisting (which was mostly mumbled and unintelligle). I order my food as dine-in with a certain sauce, and received a to-go order with no sauce. It also came small when asked for a medium. The food came dry and way too salty.
After getting my food (I was the only inside order aside from the drive-thru) which took a fair amount of time, I sat down to hear the staff LOUDLY speak inappropriately about each other, customers, and overall inappropriate remarks. To include some rather racist comments.
There will be no return visit to this location.

The food was okay the first time I tried it. Ordered the SpongeBob meal took absolutely forever. The second time I tried it I ordered the nuggets which I was highly disappointed they were skinny and hard. I hope burger king didnt change their nuggets because those were saucers. My burger and onion rings tasted fine… I hope they actually were because when I started drinking my soda after I finished, I tasted bleach. A plastic cup has no reason to taste like bleach, so it must have been put there on purpose. This location is by the hospital, so people are coming there possibly to feed a patient. That’s either irresponsible or flat out evil.

Outstanding hospitality, accommodating to my requests and questions, highly professional, the district manager was even pitching in to help with staffing, highly recommend all three employees who I interacted with in drive thru, the older white lady with glasses was my favorite, they were all sweet but she was sweetest. Thank you each.

Ordered the How to Train Your Dragon meal where I was informed they no longer have the special bun. That’s fine, it didn’t bother me. Tried to order the Fiery Mozz Fries when I was told they were out of stock. When I ordered my meal I asked for no tomatoes, which were still on the burger, and I never received my fries. And to add insult to injury, the coke I ordered had almost no syrup in it. A very rough visit, I probably won’t return.
