My wife ordered an impossible whopper and it was literally a puck. Thought she was exaggerating, but it was actually a rock when I tried to bite into it. Not sure what their QC is but it definitely needs to improve. Very unfortunate as the staff were super nice.

I Placed A Mobile Order Here At 9:42PM. We Pulled To The Window Said Our Coffee Machine Is Down. And There Milkshake Machine & Drink Machine Is Down. They Just Dumped The Food In The Bag. I Ordered A Whopper JR BBQ Sauce With Bacon. They Didn’t Put The Bacon On It . Also The Onion Rings Are Super Salty. All Night Shift Crew including the Manager Needs To Be Fired. This was my first time visiting this location. I went in to place my order for take out. The cashier was very friendly and took my order with no problem. I received my order in a timely manner and everything was made exact to order. I was very satisfied with my experience and I have no complaints. Went in multiple times. Smelled like beer when you talk to a guy names Jeremiah. Short guy. Caucasian. How can you serve people when your employees are drunk. If they allow them to be drunk on the job . How can they serve people good quality food. It didn’t just happen once, not twice, but three separate occasions when it occurred. They need better employees and better management.

We had a nice dining experience. The atmosphere was nice, great customer service our food was fresh . Moms sandwich warm because it sat under the heat lamp while they were cooking my veggie burger . The manager was nice enough to bring us our food to the table..

Normally I choose this location as a last resort, the service is always great and the food is always good but my order is just never correct but I always decide to give it “one” more chance. Tonight I’m glad I did!! Bradley is a great manager and definitely needs a raise!! I always commend food workers cause I could never with how rude and ridiculous some of the customers can be but he definitely has a great personality and great with customer service and even though I wasn’t able to get my Oreo shake my order was correct. He really takes the time to double check!
