Don’t come here in the morning. I show up over an hour after they are supposed to open and in the last 2 months they have been closed 5 times that I know of, with no one even answering the drive thru. Unfortunately this is the closest one to me because I live in the middle of nowhere. I’m sure corporate wouldn’t be happy with how much this location is loosing in sales, because I will sit in the parking lot and see dozens of cars pull through. As someone who has worked fast food for many years I am very sympathetic to them and always try to give another chance, well this is like chance 6 and this place is just trash.

Java at the BK Lounge on hwy 31 South in Decatur, AL is the best. She treats customers with respect and kindness, a rare one she is. She holds her team members to a high degree of excellency and accountability, while at the same time, teaching and supporting them to be the best they can be.
One of the main reasons I frequently stop here is because of her and the staff in general. Don’t forget, the food is always awesome, even when it is not what you ordered, the food is still good.

This a disgusting place to eat. I requested my meal be cooked fresh and they gave me old food in 31 weeks pregnant specifically I said make it fresh I will wait it was on the receipt and the person assured me after repeatedly asking if he understood that it was going to be fresh. I got back to work and the food was I really believe purposely given the oldest food I went straight back and no apologies or nothing was given. I asked where the manager was the person stated he was the shift manager he was very rude very inconsiderate and unapologetic. I wouldn’t take my worst enemy here. The shift manager also needs to be fired this Burger King not even that busy for them to be messing up orders.

2 stars simply because the employees truly are trying their best. Otherwise, it’s a disaster. Food constantly out of stock. Went last night AND this afternoon and their card system was down and they were only accepting cash. Management is very lacking at this store.

Why do you insist on having customers pull over to the side or pull up when there’s
no one in line. Seems like the employees could make the food faster and provide better service if they weren’t running back and forth in and out every time someone orders in the drive through.

I ordered two things of milk, but they said they didn’t have it then they told me to do the refund process through the app I ordered Off of instead of giving me my refund through the register or something so it’s like I lost money and I didn’t get my two milks! And they didn’t even bother to help out

Lacks basic inventory management. Frequently out of basic menu items. Once they were out of buns. Another time they were out of fries. A third time they were out of hamburger patties.
