Everything’s good but three out of five times your order will be wrong. There will be at least one burger (say you ordered an original chicken sandwich no lettuce add ketchup and mustard, you’d likely get one double lettuce and hold the thing in the freezer for 12 minutes) not made to your specific liking out of every 5 bought. Be fair though two of those times I ordered more than 10 sandwiches for family gatherings. What’s unforgivable is the drink machine. Too complicated to work and all those different flavored drinks has to come out of one tube, Dr. Pepper taste like Diet Dr. Pepper Coke made from seltzer water. Mmmm many good mistakes

Myra the oldest white lady was very ugly and her attitude was too. She made my experience very uncomfortable and her tone and behavior were very hostile for someone her age. I will not be coming back inside. Very unprofessional. She was very accusing and demeaning I couldn’t believe it. Older people tend to be kind but she was disgustingly rude.

Poor management= slow service and rude employees… I Just sat in line behind a single car for 19 minutes to get 2 milkshakes and a fry. When we finally got to the window there was no apology or mention whatsoever for the ridiculous wait, probably because there were 4 employees gathered by it laughing. In spite of my frustration, I have manners and said “thank you” to the lady when she handed me our food. Unbelievably, she just stared blankly and went back to cutting up with her coworkers without even responding “you’re welcome.” I can look past the wait, but I have no use for disrespect and poor manners. Last time for us & I suggest the owner hire better management or we won’t be the last…

Stop telling people to “call the number on the app to cancel your order” when YOU can’t fulfill an online order. There is no number on the app. There is only a chat window that lets you file a ticket that says to expect a response in several days…. IF it works, which is rarely.

So slow tick. What that means is anything outside of their percival view is off limits. I had a 5$ coupon that they could not process except to put it off on me. No manager or processes to comprehend a 5$ coupon. The food was great and inside was clean. Great place to get quick food and they take care of the place but don’t expect the online values to work.

I’ve only stopped at this BK this one time but my experience was excellent. Very friendly, order received quickly. Men’s room was clean. And as soon as there was a break in serving customers the manager was sweeping the floor and cleaning up the condiments area.
