Well… I’ve had more bad experiences than good at BK over the years, including food poisoning from more than one location. Therefore, I have been leary to eat at most locations, and have basically boycotted BK entirely for over 10 years. To expand upon this, my coworker has been needing to get his fix on Whopper Wednesday for the last couple of months. In order to not create conflict in the workspace, I’ve accompanied him to more than a few BK locations in multiple cities in North Alabama. Due to having a couple of fantastic experiences and being thoroughly impressed with the quality and freshness of the food at the loaction in East Florence, Alabama, I have become more receptive to the idea of eating at BK after boycotting the entire chain for a number of years. As of last week, my confidence in the East Florence location was destroyed by a bad experience there. I digress. I cover that in another review. I work on the road and drive around 3,000 miles most months. This tends to create the need to “eat all over the place” on a regular basis. As per previously stated, my coworker had been needing to get his fix on Whopper Wednesday for a while now, and today having been Wednesday, the need to find a “good BK” was presented. I happened to recall that I have never had a bad experience at the Moulton, AL, location, so based on the fact we were working in Mouton today, I recommended we eat there. Intitally upon walking in, the establishment appeared clean and in good order. There were several patrons eating in the dining room, and the drive through was hopping to say the least. There was noticable banter going on between the kitchen and the front counter, not surprising based on the fact it’s early in the lunch rush. There was what appeared to be a new empoyee, a young female, who was bassically wandering around behind the front counter. She seemed to need training, and it appeared that she was attempting to seek some kind of guidance from the persons that were “in charge” but was unsuccessful in getting any. As placing our orders to eat in, I noticed that the banter between the kitchen and the front counter wasn’t bantering. It was bickering. Every one of them seemed to have something to complain about, loudly, and management was agging it on, rather than taking charge and managing the situation. We accepted our orders and took them to the dining area to only notice that, even though we were sitting directly in the sun, it was freezing. IF our food had been hot and fresh, there was no way to prove it, because it cooled so quickly. Come to find out, the establishment’s heat was not working today. **Let me get this straight. It’s 30 degrees outside, and you have no heater in a public facility? You should have stayed closed today, and maybe your employees wouldn’t be complaining so loudly from the kitchen that it disrupted our meal.** Well, there you have it, another Bad Burger King experience on the books. I really don’t know why I continue to give you more and more chances, to only be perpetually met with disappoiment.

I went thru drive thru the lady taking my order was so cheerful and very sweet. Got to window very bubbly person. Absolutely loved her. Went to next window I learned her name was Miss Dee Dee. The young man at next window very friendly forgot to get his name. Fast and friendly ❤️

I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience at this Burger King was frustrating enough to speak up. I waited over 25 minutes just for a basic order — a Whopper meal and some nuggets. The place wasn’t even that busy, so I have no idea why it took so long. No one apologized or gave any updates, and when I finally got my food, it wasn’t even hot. If I wanted to wait half an hour for cold fast food, I would’ve cooked at home. Disappointed and definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

I just ordered original chicken combo and part way through my chicken sandwich I find mold on the bun. I called to let them know so they won’t serve it to anyone else. Instead of sorry, thank you for letting us know, we will be happy to replace your order, they deny having mold on the buns. I tried to be nice and it didn’t work so I am leaving a review to let everyone know to check their food completely before eating

I never leave a review but enough is enough. I ordered (4) 8 count nuggets did not receive any of them. Also they didn’t even get the order right. Do not eat here. They have done this on multiple occasions and we will not be back.

Came this morning for breakfast and the young lady that was the manager waited on me and my family while doing the drive thru was Awesome and has such a beautiful soul. I asked for her name and she told me it was Shantell. Y’all really need more people like her, she greeted us with the biggest smile while taking a order in drive thru she didn’t miss a beat and what really touched me was she told everyone that she took care of to have a wonderful and Blessed Day!!

We placed a mobile order just in time for breakfast! One of my minions wanted a burger but the grill was down; the friendly staff offered an alternative of our choosing. We got 2 sausage, egg and cheese sammiches! The food was hot, fresh and greasy. We are happy!

Garbage food, garbage service – that’s what happens when you fire good workers! I’ll never eat there again and I’ll make sure I tell everybody how horrible this place is. I don’t know how it’s still open.
