I used to love Burger King this location especially, but it’s just went downhill really fast lately and I see that there’s still under staffed. Today my burger tasted like it had mayonnaise that was ruined on it and my mother yellow was pure carbonation. I’m not going to go back and ask for another one. I’ll just not eat there for a while. I understand being short-handed and you have to do so much but food safety is really important. I will say that the young lady at the window was working so hard and she was still friendly even though they were so busy. So thank you for hiring her

There was only 2 people in the whole restaurant keeping it open. Took about 45 minutes to get ONE meal and it was inedible, was hard as a rock as if it had been sitting out all day. On top of that when I was handed my change the lady basically threw it at me resulting in all my change falling all over the ground and she didn’t even apologize. I will NOT be back. Definitely the worst Burger King I have been to.

Wasn’t allowed to enter restaurant. So went a Block down the road and went to Arbys. The excuse of short staff….. doesn’t affect sitting at a table….. takes no more staff to hand the food over a counter than it does out a window….. I can clean where I sit to eat.

Great improvement! We hadn’t ate there in a while because service had been terrible. Very slow and one time we were told they were out of burgers! Our last visit was great A + service. We did not even have time to fill our drinks up and our food was ready! Great job!

Drive-thru is slow, but inside is good. They are centrally located in Hartselle on 31 Vaughan bridge Rd. A large selection of food and drinks, but the staff is friendly and professional. The one I like is the chickens nuggets for $1.49 + tax.
