I had the worst experience ever from this location. The employee who took my order was very professional. However, the employee at the second window was rude and very unpleasant. I looked in the first window, and no employee was there, so I proceeded to the second window. The employee there stated in a very nasty and rude manner, “You are supposed to stop at the first window.” I informed the employee there was no one there when I looked in the window. She said, “She there now!” I told the employee that’s okay to keep the order. The time was 1243 on March 23, 2023

This is one of the busiest Burger King locations in Birmingham considering that it’s within walking distance to Children’s Hospital in UAB hospital. The manager was AMAZING and was working his butt off today during the breakfast rush. There were only two employees to back him up. He was literally running the front and drive-thru by himself without complaining in a smile on his face. ❤️

My order was wrong. It happens. However, when I came back through the drive thru I was greeted at the speaker, then as I began speaking I hear “HEY JOLIE!!– hold on one second sir” followed by a few minutes of silence. Today I received the best customer service a customer could ask from the front to back of the restaurant. Everyone on this team are my kind of people. The food was fresh and the service was Five star. The team lead manger for today was also working the floor and leading his team by example. No one had to call him from the office because he was right there to support his team. I appreciated this soooo much I’ll definitely be back.
