This BK has noticeably picked it up SO much in the past few weeks/months. I used to not go due to poor service & low quality food, but I find myself going back way more often and I’m more impressed every time I go back. 10/10 & keep up the great work!!!!!

I have never had service like this at a fast food restaurant other than Chick fil a. Super polite employees who obviously want to be there and help people. I did have to go sit a minute for my food but I would rather do that and get fresh food than get food that isn’t fresh. Amazing experience. Worth it!

We arrived at this Burger King at 9:49 PM and didn’t leave until 10:25 PM. For two large Whopper meals, this was ridiculous.
First, we ordered through the drive-thru and were told to pull up and wait by the front door. We waited about 15 minutes, and no one ever came out. Then someone inside the building motioned for us to go back to the drive-thru again. We went back, and we still ended up waiting even longer.
The fries were cold, even though the worker told us to wait so she could bring out “fresh fries.” We waited almost 20 minutes for them and they were still cold. The sodas were flat and tasteless, and even when we got replacements they were still awful.
To make things worse, the woman working there had a rude and unprofessional attitude.
Overall, this was one of the worst fast-food experiences we’ve ever had. We will definitely never come back to this location.

If there was a way to give zero stars I would. The service was not only horrific but absolutely rude. Honestly, I’ve never been treated so rudely. The cashier would not even speak. Pointed to things and would not even look at me. Needless to say, I left out of fear of what the food would be. This person should not only be fired but never hired for anything again. I never write reviews unless they are positive but this person should lose his job today. Not that he would care I’m sure. 10:25am Sunday, Sept. 21, 2025. I do not advise anyone to visit this establishment.

I wanted to visit ever since they introduced the impossible burger to show my support for the vegetarian option, but it was more difficult to break my 40 year plus boycott than I thought and it took a while to work up the courage to bite the bullet.
The impossible burger was as good as any BK burger that I can remember. I am happy they added a vegetarian option but the place itself was depressing, the employees were slow and had long forgotten how to smile or make small talk. If I am still around, I might have my next BK burger in another 40 years.

This was the worst place I have had in a long time. Me and my wife went for breakfast. I got a loaded croissant with bacon, sausage, ham with egg and cheese. She got the ham with egg and cheese croissant. Hers came out with ham only. No egg no cheese. I pulled back through the drive thru and when I told the employee he said I didn’t pay for the egg and cheese. I wouldn’t know bc he didn’t give me a receipt. I was gonna pay the difference but when I told him I didn’t get a receipt he said I was lying. I told him just give me my money back he said and I quote….” We dont do refunds you can come talk to the manager.” He slammed the windows shut and walked off. All the doors were locked so I couldn’t go inside. I guess he was the only one working but his attitude was uncalled for.

Stopped by to get lunch at 2:55 pm, someone , a lady hurried and locked the doors and walked away. She didn’t express why she locked the doors before she left the door. In the middle of the day and the google maps clearly says that this location is open. Everyone else is up and running no snow or rain with beautiful sunny skies. Customer service is pitiful. We went to the 6th ave location and they were very nice and we were served our lunch!

I understand that fast food isn’t fast food anymore. But I sat in drive-thru over 10 minutes just to place an order and no ever said anything via the microphone. No please hold for a moment, I’ll be with you shortly and most importantly may I take your order please. Even after I said hello a couple of times, still no one said a single word. This is awful service when you are located in a busy area.

Absoulutely terrible service, the assistan manager was not polite in the slightest, asked for my food to be warm n fresh this time and she batted her eyes at me like i asked her a outrageous question. Restrooms are out of service and food is cold 98% of the time you order. 0/10 overall
