AVOID THIS BURGER KING LIKE THE PLAGUE
Location: 1555 Montgomery Hwy, Hoover, AL 35216
Today around noon I stopped at this Burger King and ordered a burger and a sweet tea. The woman taking my order already had an attitude over the intercom when she asked for me to repeat myself. Which I did, just a little slower and louder all I said was no ketchup. Apparently, that was too much for her, because what I got in my food was disgusting.
When I opened my burger, there were gobs of hair inside. Now, either she dropped it on the floor or she had that mess waiting somewhere just to shove in my food — either way, it was intentional and vile.
When I went back to confront them, she denied everything. Funny enough, another worker had the exact same hair color. Then she tried to claim they “wear hair nets.” Absolutely not true — I saw with my own eyes they weren’t wearing hair nets, weren’t wearing gloves, and were handling food in ways that screamed cross-contamination.
Her excuse? “We’re short-staffed.” Oh, so the Burger King Hair Fairy must show up when you’re short-staffed and sprinkle clumps of hair into customer food? That’s laughable.
To make matters worse, she refused to refund me and only offered to “remake” the burger. WHY on earth would I trust you to remake food after you just served me hair in my meal? She also conveniently took off her nametag when I walked in, and when I asked for corporate’s number, she claimed she had to “find it.” Safe to say, I never got it.
This is beyond unacceptable. This isn’t just bad customer service — this is a food safety and health hazard. If that burger touched the floor, it’s not just hair, but chemicals from cleaning machines.
I refuse to stay quiet about this. I will contact corporate and every single person I need to until proper consequences are made. People spend their hard-earned money here every day — no one deserves this kind of treatment.

First off, it was 11 pm and the black guy with the handsome white beard was super kind and pleasant to talk to. He gets 10-stars. How late it was could be the reason my mozzarella sticks had no cheese in them and were crunchy like bark on a tree. I ordered an eight piece and though they were tough, there was no cheese in each stick bcuz it had all dried out! I ate them anyway . Probably need to get them during the day time when they’re fresh.

Pulled up to the drive thru and you can tell they did not want to be working there. Rude customer service, I wanted a iced latte and the speaker box and his speech was hard of hearing. So when we got the window and he handed everything but the coffee. I politely asked where it was? He rudely huffs and with full on attitude says “I told you we didnt have it.” Like I was one of his buddies or something. If you dont like the job, find a better one and leave it. Dont take it out on me, but honestly he skills are probably only burger level. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!

We entered the restaurant and were deliberately ignored by the employee at the counter, who refused to serve us. We then attempted to place our order through the drive-thru, but no one responded despite waiting for several minutes. As a last attempt, we approached the pickup window, where the same employee looked at us and still did not acknowledge or speak to us.
This level of service was disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Customers should never be treated this way. I will not be returning and do not recommend this location.

Extremely rude and didn’t even get food . Waited for 10 minutes at the drive though box with only 1 customer ahead of me. I finally asked how long it would be cause I had to go to work . The lady copped an attitude and said I’ll just have to wait cause they are short staffed . All I wanted to know was a general idea of how much longer it would be . Now I understand why there is never anyone in their drive thru .

AVOID THIS SORRY PLACE. IVE NEVER BEEN SO IRRITATED IN MY LIFE. Food service is cold as ice. Ran out of the drink I wanted and asked for a different one and the tall black manager told me now he can’t give me another one for substitution and when I asked why he told me to get out of line?? SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!!!!!! I don’t know how this place is still up and running.
