Everytime I have gotten food at this location it has been very good. The croissants are always fresh and fulfilling. Today, I decided to go inside & the cashier was very sweet and professional & made sure that I was taken care of with my order. She was a blessing and the food was also a blessing! The double Wopper Jr is awesome to eat but the service needs to be addressed. You see I ordered 2 Wopper Jr (no tomato) and a coke no ice w/extra salt packs. The lady gave me a cup FULL of ice. I told her no ice. She took my cup, poured it out then filled it up with Coke. Thank you! She handed me my sandwiches, with no salt and looked back at me and dared me to say anything…. She was just having a bad day. I left and won’t visit that restaurant for awhile!

There was a small issue with my fish sandwhich so I came inside and immediately a lady spotted me, asked me the issue, she didn’t want the food just the ticket to fix it. She replaced my entire order and made sure everything was cooked fresh and my order was correct. They said her name was Ms.Tasha. Well shouts out Ms.Tasha, I dont really eat BK much due to over eating in my earlier days but with customer service and satisfaction such as yours, I shall return! Her attitude was warming, very calm and reassuring me that the mistake would be fixed and it was no bother! I love that! Your morning staff was also friendly especially your drive thru! Keep up the good work..we customers appreciate your type of ppl!!

Don’t ever eat here!!! The workers look nasty and to wait in line on a average of 45 minutes. This is the worst place to ever even consider!!! The workers get smart when to ask how long it takes for fast food!! Wish they close it down

THE CASHIER WAS HAVING A BAD IN THE MIST OF HER HAVING A BAD DAY. SHE WAS VERY POLITE WHILE BEING STRESSED AT WORK. WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER WORKING IN THE PUBLIC. IT WAS ONLY HER WORKING THE FRONT AND ONE COOK. I MUST SAY THEY DID THEIR JOB SHORT OF STAFF. THERE WERE ALSO A YOUNG MAN THAT CAME OUT TO THE LOBBY AND CLEAN TABLES AND FILL THE ICE MACHINE. This place is no good I waited 45 minutes almost a full hour on 2 Jr. Chicken sandwiches. We get thru ordering and we walk around the corner and the bottom panel is falling off due to water damage. The line right now is ridiculous. The overweight lady behind the counter rudely asked a customer what he wanted with an attitude. My bossmans burger was out of the freezer cold this place needs better management, maintenance and hospitality. Before they get shut down.
