Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and it had one and a half pieces of bacon so disappointed don’t recommend eating here. Ok tried to give them a second chance but no they messed up again. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and I got a bacon egg and cheese croissant. I don’t like croissants. I don’t recommend PellCity Burger King at all

I used to come this Burger King almost every week, and absolutely enjoyed it until my few recent stops there. First off, when you walk in you’re not greeted nor acknowledged. After placing my order, i had to ask for my cup, since the employees were too busy talking and not filling the orders! After waiting and finally getting my food everything was wrong. Chicken fries were old, fries were soggy , and my burgers had onions after i repeatedly asked for them to come with any!! I didnt notice this problem til after i got home, and the manager WAS SO RUDE! I never in my life been talked to so disrespectfully in my life, especially as a paying customer! The manager name was Mike, and because of him, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! Very unprofessional and rude!!

Very friendly staff and never gotten my food wrong. The line is usually not very long but the food quality is not all that great. Does still have a play place though and we go there strictly for that reason. Thanks guys for keeping that going my kids love it there

Don’t go here the service is very poor. My wife and I stopped here to get some lunch and when we received our food the meat was cold and the sandwich had iceberg lettuce on it. When you walk in the restaurant and look at the board that you order from the meal looks very good with all the veggies of a perfect burger. Sorry you will not be getting that. In addition I do believe that it’s very unprofessional for the staff to eat their meal while waiting on customers. All this and more was enough for us not patronize this particular restaurant anymore.

We went to the Burger King in 1407 Parkhill Parkway, Pell city Alabama 4 1:32 and my grandmother has an appointment with the doctor at 1:30 and we were running a little late we were hungry. We were trying to get some fast food we get in there to go to order, this lady didn’t even know what she was doing. To begin with and so we then wait 12 minutes to get to the window to even pay and then we pay and wait another good 20 and 30 minutes to get our food they forget to give us straws and it’s 2 o’clock by the time that we needed to get to an appointment for my grandmother and the food was cold and they were not short staffed because they had at least six people out front and more in the back. They were laughing and cutting up instead of doing their job then not only that the lady was kind of rude that handed us our food we were order 508. We just really did not know how to handle it other than to go on their website because they barely even put website because it looks like they tried to rip it off so we couldn’t put a review, then not only that they were mentioning how they were going to have a inspector coming in soon and they wanted a good while they were sitting there just taking their precious time and going to catch the chicken so that they can just you know cut it up no keep a man I’m trying to keep calm with him and I’m trying to be respectful because I’ve been going through a really tough situation, but the service in total was just horrific if I could’ve gave them a zero today I would have and trust me. I don’t wish that on anybody because I used to work in fast food I used to work at McDonald’s and I know it’s tough, but they could’ve shown a little bit of kindness, kindness goes along way better than hate.

I swear after working a long day and ready for a quick meal, I love nothing more than taking my hard earned money I made that day to pay for cold food with a bad attitude from all associates working window service. I don’t know what happened to Burger King. Seems no matter which location I’m in, it’s always the same. Bad service. Bad attitudes. Cold food. That goes double for the Pell City Al location.

My wife went through the drive through at noon, took 45 minutes, and the lady handing out the food came out of the window yelling at her that they were short staffed, then smashed the food and threw it in her vehicle. Absolutely will never go back. Avoid this BK. These people need mental health intervention.
