I know the rodeo burger is a cheap option, but this burger king is taking it too far. 5 drops of BBQ sauce is a ridiculously dry sandwich and when I asked for more, plus marinara for my mozzarella fries, I got one of each. Yes, 1 BBQ for 4 sandwiches and 1 marinara for 12 fries. The cashier looked mad at the world and the “woman” behind the counter didn’t have a hairnet on. I know last burger king I went to, I got 2 Marina for 8 fries– without even asking. And my rodeo burger wasn’t dry from lack of condiments. Plus this miserable dining experience cost me $23. Next time, I’ll go to the truck stop and get toquitos.

The boys and I went there last night. I got the bacon king and chicken nuggets. OMG! The nuggets were so good… I didn’t need sauce❤️❤️❤️ The bacon king was delicious… this is officially my favorite hamburger This will be my order from now on The employees were very friendly and the store was clean. The food was terrible. I ordered a number 3 and some mozzarella fries. My regular fries had a massive long hair on them. Then I get my mozzarella fries and they were hard as a rock as if they had been under a heat lamp for 2 days. The people working there have the attitude that you’re bothering them by making them do something. I won’t be going back ever again.

This is actually the better one than the one in McCalla next to publix, but here lately they’ve been slipping! They were out of chicken fries, so I had to get the nuggets, and he charged me for 16, and I got a whopper and onion rings and 2 small fries, well, I get home and they forgot my nuggets, and on top of that, they don’t even have a damn phone so you can call to complain!!!!! It’s sad that almost every fast food restaurant nowadays SUCKS!!!!! I WON’T BE EATING HERE FOR A LONG WHILE

The drive-thru was closed, so customers were required to come inside. I waited nearly 15 minutes just to purchase a Hershey pie while staff stood around talking. Both self-service ordering kiosks were in use, yet no one acknowledged me or attempted to help. Employees watched customers wait without offering assistance.
This was a clear example of poor customer service from start to finish. Management seriously needs to reconsider how these locations are staffed and led. The behavior was rude, unprofessional, and not customer-focused at all.

Made a mobile order while sitting in the parking lot. Pulled to drive through. 1st they didn’t have what I ordered at 8 am, they offered me cookies in place of breakfast food, I asked for a refund on that item and was told bc I placed it online I had to get a refund online. Got my food and the food was Ice cold! I will never go to this BK again. I’m not from the area but when I come to town this was my go-to. This is the 2nd time I have had bad service there and it will be my last time!

I am convinced this restaurant is a cover for something else. The owners absolutely do not care! I love to see Taco Bell’s parking lot full next door. Any time I see vehicles in their drive through I know it’s people off the interstate who don’t have a clue about what they will experience. Customer service is awful. You will wait 15 minutes for cold food.

It took almost 15 minutes to receive our food. And we were the only ones in the building. They had cooked fries and an onion ring 2 times to make sure they were hot and fresh. They said someone cleaned our order from the screen, making it look like we received our food.the sad thing is the Fries and onions rings were hot, but the hamburger was warm, not hot and fresh.

The most absolutely laziest fast food establishment in the entire world. Who do these workers think they are? Closing the drive thru of a fast food on the INTERSTATE at lunch? Dont want to make my order. Some of the most unbelievably rudest and laziest establishments and staff I have ever encountered. I would give negative stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and eat tacobell or mcdonalds because they always have lines. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
