We went through drive thru, went to the first lane to order and a tiny sign on the screen says permanently closed, went to 2nd entrance and we could hear the order taker give the truck in front of us a hard time. Then we ordered 2 cheese burgers and she told us to pull around, we weren’t done! She didn’t even ask if we wanted anything else. We placed the rest of our order, and sat there for 10 to 15 minutes without moving. We were extremely hungry but had to leave without our food to get on the road again. Extremely disappointed in this Burger King.

At 4:30 in the afternoon the doors to the restaurant are locked shut. One employee across the restaurant yells “go through the drive- thru”. I said, “I don’t have a car. I walked over from Loves Travel Center.” I was still told to go through the drive thru.

Stopped here during work. Ended up waiting over half an hour because they didn’t get my order right and never even gave me the food they thought I ordered. When I confronted them about the wait time all they said was “oh I thought you ordered such and such”

Sign on door says open, but the people inside had the door closed at 6pm. I will never return, and this is unacceptable so close to a truck stop. Whomever owns this place really should look at the reviews and do something about it. They have a serious problem. It might be time to change management, and employees. I travel the country and I have not seen a Burger King with a 2 star rating. This is absolutely pathetic. I wish I would have checked the reviews before trying. The 1 time I didn’t that will teach me.

Just a bad Burger King since they opened. The last time I went to Burger King my meat was raw. I’ve never been back since. They have had so many bad staff members there it’s unbelievable. They did have a day shift manager and staffer that were always delightful, but I’m not sure if they are there anymore. Overall, this Burger King is a Knogo for me. Bad attitudes, poor customer service, and they do not prepare food correctly.
