I’m just going to post this picture here. I had already eaten most of the sandwich by the time I saw it. You may have to zoom in but it’s a long dark hair I pulled out of my sandwich covered in mayonnaise. I’m so disgusted

Worst burger king i have ever been to took 10 min for them to take my order sitting in the drive thru then i move to the window to pay and sit another 20 minutes paid for my food girl at drive thru never said a word didnt get a receipt and they didnt even give me what i ordered and it was cold looked like all the workers was having a party in the dining room will never go back to burger king ever. Had to give it a star to post or i would give it absolutely nothing

Today, October 28, 2021, I called and asked if they were on Urber because lately even though restaurants posted on Urber come back cancel because their not their anymore. I called today at 1:58pm central time and ask the young lady there and She tells me to call Urber. I ask you mean to tell me you don’t know if your own Uber or not and she saids No Ma’am and hangs up in my face. I give her -10 in Customer Service and needs to go back and be retrained. I’m very disappointed in the service I received today. I will not be ordering from Burger King.
I ordered my food through the drive through and they were fairly fast. I order the Bacon Cheese burgers for a $1.00 and I got the $3.99 – 2 whopper junior special with one fry and one onion rings. I just love that onion ring sauce. It’s sooo good. You must try it.
Also, I got the Strawberry Lemonade Freeze (5 Stars) and I tell you it’s nothing like sipping on a nice cold drink when it’s hot outside and your driving on the freeway in traffic. You are the envy of others because they wish they had something good and cold to drink too!
Next, all my Bacon Cheese burgers were cooked and the bacon was crispy and good. Just take a look at the pictures. Plus, they’ve got the new Jalapeño poppers. I believe that’s what they are called. But, they are very good too. Check it out if you love Spicy food.

Absolutely fantastic place to eat. I know many don’t like it but probably because they don’t try it enough enough. Nice fire grilled burgers juicy hamburger. That is next to yummy fresh crispy fries. You cannot go wrong with it.

Literally the best service I have ever had in fast food. They really have some great workers at the moment and I had a large order, at the speaker they repeated my order and just to be sure when I got to the window they repeated it to me again. The service was quick and professional!!!! Good job calera Burger King!!!!

Items on posted menu “not avaliable anymore”. No receipt was provided (terminal not working), credit card terminal was not working so “Cash only”. I was served my food without my drink and when I asked for it team member Ceecee spoke very rudely to me. As I waited for my drink, she continued to argue with me about asking for the drink I payed for and my receipt (which I never got) While I ate my sub-standard at best whopper jr. I was talking to some other diners in the restaurant when she asked me to leave for “harassing her customers”. I will not be returning to this location and will share my horrible experience with everyone I know. I don’t think Ceecee likes her job and she is running off your customers. This is not a good look Burger King!!!
