This was Xmas Eve. The buns were cold and not toasted like is normal for a burger joint. The meat was not fresh, dry. Also, the Burger King survey code did not work. There were four persons at the register, and mobile orders but there was no flow, rhythm, like the cashier was confused.

I was very satisfied with my experience. I was greeted promptly upon arrival, and the staff demonstrated excellent professionalism and friendliness.
The menu and online app are both very clear, and the staff is highly knowledgeable about them. Using the app provided great value, and the usefulness of the digital interface made ordering easy. Most importantly, the amount of time to receive my order was impressively fast.

I was there on February 16 and ordered an impossible whopper. . I waited 38 minutes only to be told by the manager that they had forgot to turn on the grill. My friend needed ketchup, and they said that they didn’t have any the ice machine in the soda dispenser was not working and while I was waiting for my impossible burger I watched one of the cooks, bring out a plastic bag of buns and drop them on the floor. He reached out and picked them back up and put them on the counter. Disgusting.

I ordered an Impossible Whopper meal with only lettuce. I’m vegan by choice not due to allergies. While waiting for meal I saw the girl packaging the food send my burger back. Guessing they put everything on it. When I got my meal you can see mayonnaise residue on edges of burger and ketchup on the wrapper. So I brought it back to the counter for a fresh one. When that one came I sat down, opened the burger and it had lettuce and mayonnaise. So I walk back to counter and the girl.looks at me and wraps off What now? Felt the attitude so I told her to open it and look for herself. The manage r came to apologize and offer my money back. I said no thanks just my food please. She said I’ll give you more fries with it. When I got my 3rd attempt at the burger it was rushed and looked raw in the center. I just threw it out and left. Couldn’t go for another attempt.

Do not feel your family here. I am watching this guy pick fries out of the onion rings and try to give it to me as an order. Super nasty. I told him I want fresh fries. My fries was ready in less than a minute. Hamburger meat was cold. Guy in the back needs a hairnet.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever seen, for the breakfast crew to not even engage in conversation as I parked there for over 5 mins. Not a single soul in the drive through before me and plenty of people working. The crew is lazy, unprepared, and has no respect for you ordering. Wasted my time and went over to Wendy’s next door as it’s a better option. Usually I don’t say that but this Burger King is NOT WORTH IT. DO NOT GO HERE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

It sucked my hamburger I asked for light mustard. I’m guessing that they have no idea what that means . Fry’s were soggy and they had no ketchup. The soda the Dr Riverhead too much carbonation in it it just sucked. And I went there on a Wednesday and they said they had no more Walker Wednesday but every other one Burger King has Whopper Wednesday but not them.
