Was told the drink in the picture shown was a large which is a lie, burger kings large drinks are big white cups. My burger is burnt to a crisp. The manager argued with my wife over a mistake we openly admitted we made and were willing to pay to fix. They instead insulted us to our faces and slammed our food on the counter. Unfortunately I will not be going back to this location and it’s sad because they use to be really good.

Tonight I went through drive through and had a wonderful and delightful experience with Samantha via over the speaker. She was so nice and informative and overall was just so friendly I loved it!

I drive to the next window where I encounter manager michael, another wonderful experience/encounter. He was truly so polite and so nice and I really enjoyed our short conversation together. He was very professional while also being very personable and sweet!

I get to the next window and was greeted by Samantha’s bright and contagious smile. She made a great drink recommendation and while I waited for my order I felt as though I was chatting with an old friend.

I’ve only ever experienced quality food and service every time I come to this wendys. It is truly refreshing to come across such a pair of genuinely good people.

I hope these 2 employees can see this review and see that their positive attitudes do have an impact on people. I was having a hard night and they really both put a smile on my face. Especially samantha, she is a doll!

This BK is a total disgrace, and the owner should be ashamed of himself and quite frankly his license should be pulled for providing the crappiest and most offensive service of any BK I have ever visited. This was my 3rd visit in as many weeks, and guaranteed my last. I waited over 10 minutes in line and there was only 1 person in front of me. When it was my turn, the male employee, instead of helping me, turned around, and walked away, w/out even acknowledging that I was even there. When he finally returned, he never greeted me with a hello, nor did he thank me for my business either. He just handed me my receipt and said nothing, zero. After waiting another 15-20 minutes for my order, I got fed up, and asked him about my order #58. It turns out my 2 Whopper Jr’s had been just sitting there for at least 7 minutes waiting for him to pick them up. This is totally unacceptable, and in addition to the long wait times, both burgers were missing tomatoes, and tasted like slop, as if the employee who made them, rushed them, w/out checking to make sure everything was on it. There is absolutely no customer service at this location, and the quality of the food there is poor.

$29 for uber eat one one meal and one burger and they give the uber driver two bugers without the meat who do they hire to have such little common sense to make burgers without the meat. Who orders a burger without the meat no common sense these people

Mobile ordered 15 min ahead for drive thru. Was then told it’s not ready to come inside. I specifically ordered drive thru case I have my kids. She then said pull around in like 5 minutes then it’ll be ready she wasn’t really sure. If they paid attention to mobile orders they wouldn’t be behind. They were also very slow. Not one car in drive thru just me.

This place is horrible! 15 min wait in the drive thru for 4 cars. Ordered 2 bacon dbl cheeseburgers, small fries and small Diet Coke. Get to the window and they have to be reminded of my order, then I get the wrong stuff. I got 2 dbl cheeseburgers without bacon and a small Dr Pepper with fries so cold you’d think they just came out of the frig. What a rip off

Me and my girlfriend were eating here for awhile and it was pretty good at first but the last two visits were really bad experiences. There’s a lady working there that took care of us at the driver thru and she seems really sketchy like she does something to the food and makes sure it’s bad because we all got sick and they were out of everything as soon as she started. Won’t be going back for awhile.

The young lady who works on Friday mornings at the window is very rude. She needs to learn to control yes nasty attitude. So sad that she wants to work in customer service but has a very stink attitude to the customers. This Burger King the food is horrible especially the bread it’s old.

Waited in drive through for half an hour, I ordered 2 double bacon cheeseburgers, 2 Junior whopper’s a medium fry and a value size onion rings. The double cheese burgers DID NOT have any bacon and NO ONION RINGS at all. I tried calling, they seemed to take the phone off the hook. I couldn’t get through to the store.

Wouldn’t let me add a drink at the pay window to almost $40 worth of food. Had me waiting at the window with a line behind us because they couldn’t get our order right. Never had this issue before, don’t bother coming to this location. I definitely won’t be returning.
