I usually defend this burger king as I haven’t had a problem in the last 4 years. That changed today as I went in and wanted to try the new brisket whopper. When I got my burger I checked to make sure there’s no tomato like I do with all burger places but was shocked how little brisket was put on the burger(see picture). I asked if this was the correct amount of brisket on the sandwich and the person said yes, 2 scoops. Now maybe they use teaspoon sized scoops but that looks no where near regular scoops. After eating half of the sandwich is when I could taste the brisket which is crazy. Don’t buy the brisket whopper from this location unless u are OK with the little bit of the thing that makes this burger different.

Placed my order with an employee ( no the self-service one) after placing muy order I was informed that it could be up to 10 minutes wait because they have “lots of orders” yet there where only about 10 customers in the restaurant, 6 had food already. The drive through had 3 cars. This is unacceptable on a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. It actually took 13 minutes. My last time visiting this store!

I went to BK, I put in an order to take with me. One of the orders was missing. I called the number on the receipt, it’s not in service. I was unable to go back at night. I was busy, I couldn’t go back until a couple of days after. The manager Anna said, she couldn’t give me back my order ,I should have come back sooner. Anyhow, she gave me half of the order back. When I paid full price. This is not nice to treat your customers so harsh, when it was their fault, they didn’t put everything I paid for in the bag. I would not recommend this place. They are not accommodating to their customers. They should also practice health and safety and wear gloves

Worst Burger King I’ve ever been too! Ordered a #1 with no pickles or onions and these people gave me all my meals with only lettuce and tomato, literally didn’t even add mayo ketchup or the bacon and cheese that THEY CHARGED ME FOR! my meal was a Large and they gave me small fries! BUT THEY MADE SURE TO CHRGE ME, asked for ketchup and buffalo, was told it was in the bag and when I got home ( NOTHING ) ! Burger King’s needs better management at this location! DONT COME HERE !!!

On August 22 at around 12:50 AM, I visited your location with my 65-year-old father to place an order. When I arrived, a staff member who identified herself as Myra refused to take my order because I entered from the wrong side of the lot where the arrows are marked.

It was dark, and I had difficulty seeing the signs clearly. While I understand traffic flow is important, I found it very disrespectful and unnecessary to be denied service for this reason—especially given the circumstances.

As a customer, I believe situations like this should be handled with courtesy and understanding. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that future customers aren’t treated the same way.

whoever the district manager is of burger king definitely needs to make a stop into this location and re train their management team . there is so much lack of delegation and training . i waited in line for 20 mins before i even got recolonized and there was maybe 3 cars in drive thru total , as soon as someone finally took my order the lobby got full . if your going to advertise spongebob meal and im ordering the items at least put it in the correct boxes . don’t get mad at me for wanting the experience for my child to be there , when you have the product . and i shouldn’t have to make sure all my items are in the bag , whoever is expo should be making sure everything is in there .

We literally just now went through the drive-thru and they couldn’t hear us over the speaker. We just kept repeating the order and they only heard we wanted a number 3, the person on the loudspeaker proceeded to yell at us and say “WHAT DO YOU WANT? A NUMBER 3 WITH WHAT? FRIES? DRINK? WHAT DO YOU WANT?”

It was so out of pocket because we weren’t even rude and even turned off our car so they could potentially hear us better through the speaker. Do not recommend. There was no need to be rude.

Ordered through Uber one of their meal deals, which was supposed to have 2 cheeseburgers. Only received one. Couldn’t note this in Uber because it’s the store’s fault. Couldn’t contact the store because the phone number showing online is disconnected. Reached out to Corporate, and they told me to contact Uber. I see now why they have only 3 stars.

Terrible customer service
I went through the Burger King drive-thru today around 1:05 pm to redeem my rewards points, and the employee flat-out refused to let me use them. On top of that, her attitude was nasty, rude, and completely unprofessional. There was no explanation, no help, and no attempt to fix the issue. A rewards program is useless if employees won’t honor it, and being treated this way as a paying customer is unacceptable. This was a very frustrating experience and not what I expect from any restaurant, especially a major chain.

This Burger King is not the same. Is the worse Burger King, the manager is so rude and the restaurant super full and he is taking his time. I asked him politely if my personal order and the delivery was ready and he told me to sit down and wait up to he want to bag it. I been waiting for a hour and he doesn’t want to give me the food. I would love to post the pictures for corporate can see the way this man works at this store.
