They’re Frech Toast is very tasty for breakfast and they have great orange juice, so come on down to get your morning meal with friends and families. And remember, breakfast is the most important meal in the morning and remember to bring kids cause they love to eat breakfast!!!

Always make sure to write a review when I have great service. Went in this evening for a meal omw to work. I was in a hurry due to traffic. The girl taking my order was fast and efficient. I paid for my order at the 1st window and by the time I got to the 2nd window the same young lady Kam was there with my food in hand. She was very busy but still had a smile on her face. Fries were nice and fresh just the way we like them!

It is strange enough they make you wait at the first window before they allow you to go to the second window to get your food. But when you get food and it is a mess is unacceptable.

Bad service, poor customer service, the drink dispenser only had one kind and the taste was horrible! We ordered the BBK Brisket Whopper, and the bun was almost empty! What a shame that this long-standing franchise is providing such poor service! It seems these employees were trained to make a poor burger! We practically only ate the bun.

We arrived at 5:25 to pick up order since BK is literally right down the street. The manager explained it would take a few minutes and to park. 10 minutes later I pulled back around and explained that my autistic son is having difficulty waiting. I said I would drive around grocery store parking lot and come back. He said that would be good because it would reset his time? I returned at 5:45. After another 10 minutes at window I waved and asked how much longer. He said that they were having trouble making them because the employees didn’t know how to make them and then now I was just waiting on all of my sides. As far as pulled up behind us, we watched as one of the employees would go out the door go to the car behind us, deliver their food. When we first arrived, I stressed to the manager to make sure that my son’s sandwich was done correctly that it was the bacon mill and it was the only half bacon cheese and meat. Nothing else he reassured me not a problem when I finally received my order at 6:11 I checked just my son’s sandwich and sure enough it had everything on it!!! They took it back and I waited and waited until finally at 6:15 received the corrected sandwich. We drove away in torrential rain from the storm we had planned to be home before. When we arrived home and opened the other sandwiches I wanted to cry. None of them had been toasted or grilled or whatever they do to the toast. Half of the mushroom Swiss burgers had yellow cheese and not Swiss. Some had onions some didn’t (they were all ordered with extra mushrooms and extra onions) the ones that should have had mayo added, didn’t. The one that should have had no sauce just mayo, didn’t. The fries were missing and the cheddar bites and mozzarella sticks were cold and hard!! I spent $40 on what was supposed to be a treat for our family. Seeing as they do not have a phone so you cannot call them. (I have asked them for one numerous times) the number customer service has is even wrong. So all we have is this support center. I am so upset right now

I don’t usually review fast food chains—especially burger joints—but this location deserves recognition. The staff were friendly, prompt, and efficient. The place was clean and well-maintained. The food was about as good as a fast food burger can be. Kudos to the staff and management—it’s clear they care about doing things right.

this UBER order I got had cold burgers with cold fries. EVERY TIME I get food thru this location is a HUGE disappointment . The value of the food does not make it worth getting food from this run down location. Fire the food when the driver is close so the product is hot and fresh when the product is received

My purchase of four sandwiches and four orders of fries went as bad as it could. Think unappetizing food served partly cold, followed by long waits, rude responses by new store manager Carmen, followed by return of fries but no refund.
The fries I got were partly filled and cold. No apologies by any of the staff members who just told me to wait. After I waited for 5-7 minutes I go to the store to ask for my money back. Manager Carmen leaves me talking to myself (she was on the phone with her manager) but was sure rude again asking me to come back in the morning and claiming that I had eaten enough of the fries that were absent in the first place. She was so unpleasant.. def wrong line of business for this person. She took my card rudely, went to the back and stayed there for 10-15 minutes until I asked another person to just get me my card back that I wanted to go (without the refund because it was taking so damn long). I still had to wait and what seemed like 45min after I placed my order, I got my card back and a lame explanation that they couldn’t give me a refund for some technical reason. Apparently they couldn’t give me cash.. I gladly left and it should be apparent that I’m never returning to this place.

Isn’t BK no longer a Fast food place? Between ordering my food and receiving my food I had to wait more than 20 mins and I stopped to buy food because it’s supposed to be fast. Unbelievable

We have come to purchase some food to this location several times. Only once they got the order correct. Employees don’t demonstrate good customer service. The food doesn’t look nor taste fresh, and the orders are missing items or the wrong items are in the bag. Last visit we ordered a Whopper with bacon no onions. The Whopper had onions and no bacon . In my opinion the employees are not properly trained. This is a failure of the management/ownership of this franchise but also of Burger Kings’ corporate management. Based on my overall experience with the Burger Kings in the last 15 to 20 years throughout the southeast of the US, the brand has been declining.
Take for example McDonald’s, they have built a better brand, with advertisement, food, among other things. There is no reason that Burger Kings shouldn’t have a larger market share competing with other fast food chains. After all BK was founded before McDonald’s. They have a good product but everything else needs to be improved. Maybe BK corporate management will work on revamping the brand in the near future?
