I was very disappointed, I understand that people have different life styles, and people can chose to be an alphabet boy/girl, but when you bring it to work and make the customer feel uncomfortable because you’ve got homosexual men staring at them it’s not professional.. I explained to the gentleman what I wanted in the front he put everything down accurate but the man on the burger board did not,,,they were worried and looking at me then making the burger right, I’m not one really but you can’t just go around making people feel comfortable because of your sexual preference,,, cuz one you got my order wrong and two you made me feel uncomfortable just being in this establishment,,, and I’m sure most of us who are not down with the alphabet team feel the same way… Am I think what I’m saying is rude but it’s rude when somebody of the same sex is staring you up and down knowing you’re not a homosexual and making you uncomfortable

I’ve never even written a review before, but, the customer service from this BK was absolutely horrendous. We waited at the drive thru window for like 10 minutes and they didn’t even have half of what we ordered. They didn’t tell us this until we got to the 2nd window and had already paid. We ended up looping back around because 2 of our items were wrong and they offered no compensation whatsoever. It looks like there were only like 2 people working in the entire place.

I just left there, I’m doing doordash I’m going to enter the establishment and a woman closes the door and tells me to go to the drive thru, I go there where there is another person there waiting for a long time since I had seen her enter and they hadn’t attended to her. The truth is that if she doesn’t like her job, she must be leave it, you can’t attend badly or stop attending. I said I will make a review to corroborate that I was not the only one who went through a situation of this type, and so it was, more people complaining about the same thing. They should improve the quality of service so that customers do not stop going to that store. In this case it was because I went for an order from an app for which I work. She doesn’t want to work and I do. I hope they take action against her because if it will be like that with customers I can’t imagine with her employees.

I went to get my food on my lunch break, was rushing because I had to be back, I had ordered a Whopper.. $8 sandwich, with no ketchup, only mayo cheese & cheese. They put ketchup + forgot my cheese. I orders jalapeño poppers… they were cold and hard as a rock. Disgusting. The Girl at the window had at attitude and was laughing at me the whole time when I asked to switch the food. Horrible customer service. Very disappointed. Will NEVER go here again. And will never recommend this place to anyone. Stay away

I am so disappointed at this location. I came here to avoid the location in St. Cloud but this one is really bad. Soda machine is not working, no ketchup available. Manager said, she does not know how to fix machine and everytime she fixes the machine it only works for a while. I asked for a whopper Jr, no tomatoes and another one with no onion. I got both orders with tomatoes and onions. French fries are super cold and the lady inside the kitchen is yelling and cursing as if no one is inside the store.

I keep telling myself I will never go back to this location, but sometimes I give it another shot and end up going to Wendy’s anyway! They have a horrible attitude, food is either cold, stale or not cooked right!
Last time I was there they refused to sell the 24 piece nuggets for $8. But they were not sold out of nuggets! They had 8 & 16 pieces…. Tell me how that makes sense… so I left because their attitude even the manager was horrible. Nuggets are much at Wendy’s anyway, better quality worth their price!

When to drive thru for a quick food, it was anything but quick. Ordering wasn’t an issue the issue is this place is so short staffed that I’ve waited nearly 20mins just for my drink to complete my order. On top of that they gave me the wrong order, since I ordered no pickles load and behold their was pickles in my burgers when it’s clearly marked no pickles. I wouldn’t recommend this place, try another BK

Definitely an older looking burger king. We purchased the cinnamon rolls among other food and the cinnabon were raw, under cooked. And when brought to the workers attention all she could say is that’s how they are and she can’t adjust the temperature on the machine. I have purchased cinnamon at other location weeks prior and No, that’s not how they are supposed to be.

This Burger King might be the worst I ever dealt with. A few years back the manager threw our burger at us through the drive thru window. They did give us 20 bucks back after I had to call corporate to make them at least do that. I finally went back to this location this past saturday and order a whopper meal. The lettuce was so old I can’t believe they would serve this to people. Just nasty
