It would’ve received 5 stars but because today was the second time I had to wait 20 minutes in drive through after ordering ahead 20 minutes prior because they were understaffed, again, it’s getting a 2. Customers get frustrated and leave which is what I would’ve done except I already paid on the app. That’s money out the door for the business and it’s really sad the personnel there have to deal with that. They’re probably under appreciated as well. BK, please help this location! They need more hands on deck and the crazy 45 seconds at each window requirement is unjustified when each order is made ‘my way’ with only one cook. I’ve seen the younger manager just stand and play on her phone while the front counter rushes to help prepare food and serve at the second window with the line wrapped around the building and cars eventually leaving. If I owned this location and saw this I would be furious. Horrible example to set.

Not sure how long the whopper has been coming in a box instead of a wrapper, but I am a big fan. One of the biggest reasons that I don’t go to burger King more often is because I hate my burger being an uneven mess as I typically eat while driving. The half wrapper inside the box was much more put together and I really appreciated how much cleaner and easier to eat it was. Ingredients were also much better distributed on the sandwich than they have been in the past.

I live up the street. I come here often. It’s ALWAYS the slowest fast food ever. I really don’t get it. I am the only one in the drive through and been waiting 20 minutes. At the order screen 10 and the the window for 10. Been like this for years. And the employees are about as unfriendly as they come. So rude. Looking like they truly hate their job. These people need a new owner or something.

Ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese sandwiches, another sandwich with sausage egg with no cheese, and another with egg and cheese no sausage. Lady told me 16 dollars and change which I thought was weird since they are 2 for 5. I asked at the window and she said yes the order and price are right. I asked that would be 5 dollars plus in tax which doesn’t seem right. She said you ordered 2 ,2 and 2. I said I just ordered 4 total and she got snotty and said ” thats not what you said”. So she ripped the receipt off. At that point I said just give my card back and drove off. I tryed to call and talk to a manager but she said she was one of the managers. Not sure this is the type of customer service that you want your managers to have. She could have simply said oh no problem I must have misunderstood and I will fix that now. Instead she felt like getting an attitude with me the customer. Also I waited for several minutes in the drive thru at 710 am for someone to take my drive thru order. Im have been coming there everyday atleast once for breakfast or to get kid chicken fries on way home from school. Needless to say if thats the kind of service that comes outa that location I will no longer patronize that establishment in the future. Thank you

Went through the drive thru and ordered a 12 pc chicken fries with half fries and half onion rings. The onion rings were so soggy I couldn’t even eat them. The chicken fries were the same way, so soggy I couldn’t eat them. The only fresh editable thing were the half order of fries. Oh and they ask if I wanted zesty sauce for the onion rings and failed to mention there was a .25 up charge for that. There was also a .35 up charge for the half fries, which she never told me about, and they asked if I wanted medium or large, thinking that was my only option I chose medium and there was a .35 up charge for the stupid medium drink, which again she never told me about. It’s been years since I’ve been to BK, now I know why. What a disappointment!!!! For $10.74, they can keep their nasty soggy chicken fries and onion rings.

This Burger King sucks. Got their new mushroom Swiss burger two mushrooms on it. The burgers taste like they’ve been sitting in their bin for hours and are hard. Three times I’ve been to this Burger King and all three times I have had to throw away my meal. Whoever is the manager, you need to fire that manager and hire some people who actually care about delivering some decent food.

The food is what it is. It was hot. The girl in the drive-thru made it a very pleasant experience. She was friendly and she knows how to do her job. Thank you to her for being so courteous.

The woman in the drive-through who takes my order and payment is a joy to deal with. She should be made manager and seriously, give her a raise. Her people skills are superior and should be recognized and celebrated! She’s a keeper!

The owner of this franchise should visit it more often, this employees you are trusting will bring your business down soon. We waited in line for a while after 25 min infront of the window they said can I see your receipt (while there we were watching a female employee cursing at others like she owned the place very unprofessional) they told us to park by the stop sign and they would bring us our food . After 40 minutes another employee came out and asked for our receipt AGAIN I said I want a refund I have waited an hour and you guys can’t get it together. I walked in after him only to find out there was 3 other people from the drivethrue line there also, manager said she had no voice and couldn’t talk, she also said the other 2 employees with her were new and didn’t know how to do anything yet and there was no other employees there but them . If you can’t run a place with full staff to handle the volume close down in my opinion. When we got home and open the food WOW they used potatoe bread from the store to make the burgers they were uncooked and extremely greasy we could not eat at all and had to throw everything away. Very bad experience and will definitely never come back to this location

I usually really enjoy Burger King. This is the least consistent BK I have been to. For the longest time the burgers were all overcooked, The manager said the broiler was broken for at least a month. I just ordered a couple of taco’s. They were pitifully skimpy. I thought Taco Bell was bad. Mc Donald’s charges $1.00 for a large Coke, BK is $2.59 and it doesn’t even taste like Coke. I keep wanting to like this BK as I live 2 minutes away, but I think I am done with it.
