If you ever wondered what confusion tastes like, just order a Whopper from this Burger King on Main Street.
I walked in expecting a flame-broiled, double-stacked Whopper with bacon, lettuce, tomato, the works. You know — the legendary Burger King classic.
What I got instead?
A $19 mystery sandwich that tasted like someone took a barbecue sandwich, hid it under a heat lamp, and said, “Good enough.”
Even the bread looked confused. Whatever was on my tray did not match the picture. The sandwich was so unrecognizable I had to double-check my receipt to make sure I didn’t accidentally order it from a carnival food truck.
Took one bite… straight to the trash.
The sandwich.
The receipt.
My hopes.
My dreams.
All of it gone.
And let’s talk cleanliness — the floor looked like a ketchup-and-mustard battlefield. Napkins everywhere. It felt like the restaurant itself gave up halfway through the day and said, “This is fine.”
After dropping $42 on two sandwiches we couldn’t eat, we left, went to Publix, grabbed a ribeye and sirloin, ground our own beef, and made actual flame-broiled burgers at home.
Imagine paying Burger King to inspire you to make your own dinner.
That’s what this location did for me.
The taste?
Not Burger King.
Not even fast food.
It tasted like an expired Checkers in disguise.
☹️This place needs a reboot, a deep clean, a flavor intervention — something.
Being on Main Street doesn’t make it a landmark.
Right now, it’s more like a caution sign.

I been hearing quite a bit about how some eateries are making an effort to reduce preservatives in their food and supply customers with healthier options. I heard that Burger King is offering this option to customers and I am sure pleased to say that I am enjoying my Burger King meal even more!

This place should be embarrassed, especially the manager! I sell random items on social media. I always try to find a location convenient and safe for my buyers.. I meet a couple here, while im outside my boyfriend goes inside orders a meal and sits down. While he was eating he heard the manager completely trash me. Heard them say rude and unacceptable things about me because they thought I was soliciting in their parking lot. In case, well obviously they are unaware what solicitation is.. I was not approaching their customers to buy products from me. I wasnt harassing any of their customer. We were actually the paying customers!!! Simply making an exchange in what i considered a safe location. I mean it doesn’t require a lot to work here but come on. You should absolutely retrain your managers and give them a crash course on how not to lose customers and money. The restaurant could’ve been cleaned (which it needed) while Ms. Moron manager was just standing around bad mouthing people who actually paid for a meal there. If you got time to lean, you got time to clean. Training in customer service is highly recommended.

Out of my last 3 orders, they have all been correct. Food is always hot and they make sure u have napkins and ask if u want sauces before handing over ur food. All workers I’ve met have been professional and polite.
Will continue to eat here instead of McDonald’s!!

I’ve never seen people so lost and confused. They messed orders up, items in orders, everything that could have went wrong did. To have only three people order inside and no drive thru, with full staff and mess up this way. Wow looks bleak for our future. This is what we raising minimum wage for. Sheesh.

It’s sad and sickening that a store manager would be so nasty in serving uncooked onion rings and argue that she put in two small fries when there was one. Very unprofessional and to see through the window how she handle the food and was throwing things, but to serve uncook food and miss food items very disappointed. And at that a Manager with bad attitude! SMH disappointing and sad. $25.65 for nothing… Burger King need to retrain their employees to hospitality and good customer service!

Rude employees!!! Went through the drive through today at 6:24 pm blonde middle aged lady was like why is he ordering at the window really rude while we could hear her. When the customer has the right to make another purchase in addition to the order. Something simple. When she was made aware of her being rude my husband told her we’re the customer. She slammed the window in our face. Now the question is whether my food is safe to eat….. Maybe if you can’t provide customer service you should rethink your employment where customers aren’t present.

Manager through drive-through was very rude and disrespectful. The experience I had with her was very bad. She treats me like an animal. Her name is Jean. She pull her hand into the drive-through. I said this is all I can give you.
