Staff is the best I’ve seen in awhile I stopped coming here and live right next door. Today changed that! I decided to try again I was craving a good burger close by and with great success. I was greated hello by a young gentleman, that was welcoming. Rhiana assisted me she was so friendy and efficient. I showed her I was getting a new puppy and she pleasantly engaged with me as I waited for my food. Wow I didn’t wait long and the food was perfect so hot and fresh. Great job on the new staff I am a fan again and will be coming back. Thanks Rhiana you made my day ❤️ with your kindness and phenomenal service!!

Restaurant is relatively newer style. Many of the tables were not cleaned off when we went. The staff members were friendly. Food was chain quality. Unfortunately, my order was not prepared correctly. A family member comes here often and usually doesn’t have issues.

burger king’s been having an issue for a while with prep times. not just this location. the place often seems to be understaffed by upper management, sadly.

the food’s okay, but the fries are a real stinker. i just don’t think the food’s worth the price.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCES AT THIS BURGER KING!
I work near this Burger King and used to come here often for lunch. Most of the time, I order online because there’s a promotion that gives you fries of any size you want when you buy a sandwich.

One time, they gave me a small fries instead of a large, even though the promotion said I could choose any size. I politely asked if they could please change it to a large one. The woman on the speaker kept saying no. I thought maybe she didn’t understand the promotion, so I tried to explain it nicely. She started talking to me very rudely, saying, “It just can’t be done.” Later, after speaking with the manager, I found out it was something I had to change myself in the app. But honestly—why couldn’t she just tell me that instead of being rude? Or at least explain that I needed to fix it on my phone?
They treated me so poorly that I had to step out of my car and speak directly with the manager. I really hope this location focuses on improving their customer service, because kindness and respect should be the minimum when dealing with customers.

I placed a mobile order for a family sized meal for my wife & 3 kids. All of our burgers came partially cooked and the bacon on my bacon king was covered in a thick sludge of bacon grease. Needless to say we are all sick after consuming a couple bites.

I tried calling for a replacement or refund with my receipt & food in return, but the man that answered the phone laughed and hung up. For the long wait and poorly cooked food it’s a shame you can’t do right by the customer!

Listen up, Google! I just had a culinary “adventure” that felt less like a trip to the Home of the Whopper and more like an episode of “Kitchen Nightmares” starring a guy named Charles, who I’m convinced thinks the “King” in Burger King stands for “King of Passive-Aggressive Customer Service.”

Let’s talk about Charles. He boldly claimed to be a manager, which is truly the funniest part of this whole saga. If Charles is a manager, then my microwave oven is Gordon Ramsay! He has the conversational skills of a damp sponge and a clear lack of understanding when it comes to basic human interaction, let alone customer service. I tried to explain my order THREE WHOLE TIMES. I used small words, I used gestures, I may have even drawn a rudimentary diagram on a napkin (okay, I didn’t, but I wanted to!). Yet, Charles delivered an order so wrong, I suspect he was taking notes for a completely different restaurant—maybe a Taco Bell on Mars!

He spoke to me like I was interrupting his very important task of… well, I’m not sure what his important task was, but it definitely didn’t involve getting my food right or being polite. It was an absolute masterclass in “How Not to Talk to People 101.” I left there wondering if Charles was trained by a disgruntled pigeon or perhaps a vending machine that ran out of change.

The only shining beacon in this dark, greasy tunnel of disappointment was the lovely girl at the window. Bless her heart! She was the epitome of sweetness, customer-focused, and probably deserves a raise big enough to buy Charles the proper management training manual he clearly missed. She was fast, friendly, and looked genuinely apologetic for the chaos Charles was clearly stirring up behind the counter. She deserves all five of the stars Charles stole from this place!

But back to Charles… The only way this store can be saved is if the rival fast-food deity intervenes. I am officially calling for an emergency intervention! Ronald McDonald needs to hop into the Grimace-mobile, drive straight up to this location, and give Charles a crash course in treating people with respect and, more importantly, how to count to “one Whopper, no tomato.”

This wasn’t a one-star meal; it was a one-star performance. Charles, do better. The girl at the window, you are a queen!

I ordered a whopper with cheese and that’s not what she rung up. I knew it didn’t sound right & she had whopper junior with cheese. I told her no after she already took my credit card. She said oh ok I’ll let them know to change it to whopper with cheese. I was willing to pay the difference but don’t think she knew how. I waited 10 minutes (only 1 car ahead of me at 2:05 pm). I don’t mind waiting at all since they’re made fresh. I get home & it’s a junior!!! You should have your employees repeat back what the order was because they couldn’t get it right. I bury upset because I hadn’t eaten all day because I wanted a whopper with cheese and then I get home to have a whopper Junior with cheese. Totally unacceptable

Let me say this is my go to location. When I went through the drive through the lady who took my order seemed to be the manager . I didn’t get her name but she has a nasty attitude. Originally when she welcomed me she seemed okay. I wasn’t ready to order so she told me to take my time . Then as I’m ready she starts taking my order & seems to come off as agitation then she started saying she didn’t hear me so now I’m talking louder so she can hear me. Mind you she didn’t even ask me what size I wanted for my order so I default to a small… then she didn’t ask what sauce I wanted… we didn’t make it to her asking my name I drove off because by this now I’m frustrated because this lady acts like she don’t like her job. Then when I finally got to the window she tells me it’s just her & one other person . So I’m thinking like so am I supposed to take your attitude? My thing is also that has nothing to do with me. I work in the service industry so I know what it’s like & I get we have our moments . Where is the compassion on your end though? Then when I asked for a cup holder she acted as if that was an issue so honestly I hope whoever this finds you see the receipt & have a discussion with this lady . If you don’t like your job or what it requires & can’t deal with the pressure just quit because at the end of the day we all are going through things & im choosing to spend my hard earned money with you guys. I could’ve went elsewhere
