If I could give this a negative start I totally would. I spoke to the manager Bonnie because I come in just about every morning to get my grandfather food and I Use the app and get the deal where you get two sandwiches a hash brown and it says a coffee but he likes to get a medium soft serve served drink and they usually charge me $.30 extra. I’ve been doing it for years well today I go in and they say I have to put the drink on the side and pay another four dollars that they can’t upgrade it or change it anymore because they’re having problem with their systems. It’s new that’s ridiculous. That is absolutely ridiculous. Why not and I told the lady what’s the big deal give me the damn cup. It’s a cup. It’s not coming out of your paycheck. Have Burger King fix their problem and make your customer happy it’s not that big a deal she wants to argue with me and be nasty through the window. OK then fine i’ll never eat at Burger King again thank you

BK… have it MY way. Great road-stop side. Out of spicy chicken fries! Hot commodity. Crispy regulars were good as usual. Minced onion rings OVERHATED. Clean interior, chill guy at the till. Good bathrooms. Good came out hot. Mozzarella sticks okay. Cheese tots pretty good. Onion rings great. Chicken fries solid as usual. It’s great to have a reliable place to go to even if others might not tell you so. It is, though, at the end of the day just fast food.

We ordered online for pick up. When I got home they forgot to add all the sides for all the 3 meals we ordered. The nuggets from the kids’ meal were cold.
This is the second time this happened. Not going back until I see better reviews.
Ps. The place needs some cleaning. Windows, doors, tables. The ceiling has black mold.

I waited about 15 mins before I had my order taken, mind you I was the only customer inside. I received my onions rings in like 15 sec but they were all soggy; they didnt appear fresh. I think if the drive-thru is going to occupy majority of the staffs attention then this location should upgrade to self-serve kiosk. Aside from that the staff was friendly.

This Berger king is very good the people that work here are very nice friendly and give you your order exactly how you ordered. Hot food and very well put together burgers, very warm crispy salty fries, the strawberry milk shake was a little to sweet for me but that is just my taste nothing wrong with it. Very good overall compared to other Berger kings that are horrible this one is excellent.

Burger King is convenient when you’re in a rush, but the biggest downside is the quality of the ingredients. A lot of the menu items rely heavily on processed components, preservatives, and artificial additives that leave the food tasting more manufactured than fresh. You can really tell the difference compared to places that use cleaner or more straightforward ingredients.
The burgers and chicken items often have that “fast-food aftertaste,” and it’s hard to ignore how many additives are in everything—from the buns to the sauces to the patties themselves. People who try to avoid overly processed foods or who are sensitive to certain ingredients may notice they don’t feel great afterward, which says a lot about what’s going into the meals.
While the prices are fair and the staff usually does their job well, the food itself could really benefit from a simpler ingredient list and less reliance on artificial flavors and fillers. Burger King has potential, but until they clean up the menu, it’s the kind of place I only stop at when I have no other options.

We used the drive-thru for breakfast. Service was fast, food was hot and the service was friendly. The hash browns were a little salty, but not too bad. The unsweet tea was very good! We were just passing through, but would be back if we lived in the area.

Went through the drive thru around 12:40 to get my daughter a strawberry milkshake and fries. The lady with reddish hair was extremely rude. I saw her pointing fingers and being rude to a customer before me as well. It’s a good thing I don’t live near here bc I won’t be coming back to this location, I used to work in food service so I know how frustrating it can get but it’s no excuse to be rude to others, I was already having a stressful day as it is and I don’t need others being rude for no reason.
