This place is the worst fast food joint I’ve been to. Twice I’ve been there and both times they forgot something and it wasn’t a small order. I understand they can’t get a normal job in the world, but this job shouldbe preparing them for it as all they have to do is follow directions of which they fail to unless it’s done intentionally. Never going back, sticking to McDonald’s who doesn’t mess up my order.

This was some of the worst service I had received. We order for delivery and have tried both the Burger King app and DoorDash and every time it never seems to fail we are missing something or something is not made correctly. When you call the store it’s “we forgot”, I’ll put your name down for a replacement. What is the replacement going to do at a later time? We order the food to eat now, for a meal? Not to mention all my son wanted for his birthday dinner was the Burger King Halloween meals.. disappointing. Fully disappointing. Do better Burger King.

Extremely nice staff! Met Darren and Tiffany today and I couldn’t ask for a more friendlier staff. I know the rest of the staff is as well as just seeing how it’s ran. Restaurant was spotless and food was better than big chains. Crispy fries and hamburger was nicely put together and not thrown on like other chains. Thank you to the managers and owners for a wonderful experience!

OLD REVIEW If I could give a negative rating I would. Three times in a row now there has been something wrong with order. Today, my hamburger is burnt to a crisp, stiff as a board and inedible. It’s also cold. Not all condiments on husband’s order were done (no lettuce). It is useless to try and call because they won’t pick up the phone, no matter the time. I’ve tried calling probably 50-60 times the past month or so. The staff have no interest in trying to help you or make things right. This location Always seems to have some kind of machine broken. It’s a real shameful place.

Everytime I’ve been here people in the drive through have always been in a rush to get you gone. Go to place your order and after first item you say they give you a total and tell you to pull around without asking if that was all.

I just went there and mind you I ordered 8pc nuggets with buffalo sauce and a small fries and ranch and I got 4 jalapeño poppers and a small frie with barley anything in it and barbecue sauce and that’s not the work part I found and PIMPLE patch a PIMPLE PATCH in my mouth after eating them all the service was slow they were laughing like they meant to do it and I’ve been throwing up
