I really wish it was possible to speak to someone higher up at this place. My husband had an exceptionally rude experience from the manager, didnt get change or a receipt, and when he was asked politely to not get mustard on a burger, was told he would be charged for that next time. I called to speak to someone was told it was ” policy” that when a car was behind you at the drive thru, you cant make any changes to your order at the window. When I asked again to clarify that it was “company policy” to pay attention to the cars behind you, she corrected herself to say its a “new system”. When I attempted once again to clarify why we still got the wrong order and her name, she refused to answer and quite literally said “i feel like you just want to argue so bye”. And hung up the phone. What an embarrassment to this franchise. Perhaps you should start hiring “managers” old enough to manage themselves. My husband has a dashcam and got the entire thing on video. The “manager” was extremely rude and inconvenienced over doing her job then wouldn’t even talk long enough to provide her name. I would be MORTIFIED to be this franchise owner and have an employee like this working for me.

Rachel Gunter is a great whopper maker. Since she has been working , the service has been fast and efficient. I have enjoyed getting the getting the SpongeBob meal deal and the service was wonderful. The manager Jojo was friendly and has hired a great team. Thank you burger king in crystal river for you hard work

I visited this establishment on 12/19/25 and it was the best experience. The manager Ms. Jones, was just so pleasant. Was very welcoming and friendly. The lobby was super clean, the staff was friendly, I’ll definitely be back. The whopper will always be my favorite sandwich!

I ordered the Bacon King and the Bacon and meat was so good I am gonna tell everyone at my job to come come to this location and try your Bacon King Sandwich. Rachel G who they said prepared it is a culinary artist. She did a excellent job blending the meat and cheese together. I will be back with my CO workers for lunch.

I had placed and order for two kids meals. One cheeseburger and the other chicken nuggets . Along with other stuff. I proceed to get home and realize the gave me 2 cheeseburger meals. I called just to let them know and they took down my name and to come in. I proceeded to drive 20 mins back to the restaurant for the manager Chanel. To get upset and tell me no she knows what I ordered… so I offered to pay the difference between the two meals. While she still has a bad attitude. I dont suggest anyone to go there.

I got the best Rodeo Burger the onion rings was crispy hot and fresh and just right amount of barbeque sauce. I ask who prepared it and they said Rachel G I told her she was amazing. Thank for my lunch. I will be back to this location.

The ketchup was more like tomato soup. $27 for two Whoppers with cheese, fries, and milkshakes. Got one upsized fries that had fewer fries than the small order. Used to eat here a lot. Won’t be back.

There seems to be a problem every time when I get food from here. Every. Single. Time.
Missing food, incorrect items, but tonight was the final straw. Not only did they forget a side which I had to then go inside to get, but the undersides of our sandwiches, the buns, were burnt black underneath. Inedible and a waste of time and money.
