Came here after a discouraging experience at a McDonalds. We ordered through the drive through and moved up quickly. The employee was very professional and even double checked our order before we left. He did not complain when we asked for extra condiments and napkins. Pleasant experience!

The smell in the establishment clearly indicates that the food is being cooked in very stale oil.
All the deep-fried dishes, except for the French fries, have a strong bitter taste of old oil.
The chicken nuggets are simply disgusting!
These are the worst nuggets I’ve ever tasted in my life! I think these nuggets died even before they were fried, or they were cooked several days ago…

If I can give a 0 star I would. This is probably a customers worst nightmare that can happen to anyone in a restaurant setting. When you travel for work sometimes these are the only options you have. I was so hungry by this time of day when I went to BK and when I ordered my food there was a BIG piece of PLASTIC in my burger!!!!! How can you have missed this, adding each ingredient to make a burger and to completely miss this?! This doesn’t just happen on accident. I have never been so disgusted and upset. I would not trust this place if I were you, you’ve been WARNED! I did not receive anything in compensation other than an apology and a refund. Regardless, I would never go back.

The drive-thru has a crack in the road and both times I went I asked for no mustard on my burger and got mustard.

Well I have to say that the drive through during lunch time was very fast, unfortunatly that might ve due to the lack of accuracy on the order I recieved. I ordered the Garlic Bacon King but when I got back to work to eat it, there is no bacon. Burger is very garlicky though. Tastes good, would have tasted better with bacon I bet.

I normally have no problems in this burger King or any burger King when I order a rodeo burger with no barbecue sauce. And just get barbecue sauce to go because sometimes there is way too much barbecue on such a small burger. This time when I asked for a barbecue sauce to go I was told it would be $0.30. When I asked why I was told the company doesn’t want the employees giving away sauce for free. When I said that the burger comes with barbecue sauce, still denied. So I returned the burger and walked away no refund. Another employee offered to remake the burger and give me a barbecue sauce on account I am familiar face that frequence this particular restaurant but when I got the burger it had so much barbecue sauce on it, I couldn’t eat it and returned it again with no refund. I couldn’t understand why it was a big deal to get a rodeo with barbecue sauce on the side. If it was about the actual Togo sauce the could have just simply poured a small portion of barbecue sauce in a small ketchup cup or even a cup… SMH. Gotta do better. Thank you to the employee that did go over and beyond to get it right but unfortunately the whole ordeal put a bad taste in my mouth. And a that point I was over it.

The staff at a this location is incredibly friendly. We stopped on our drive home from the beach for a quick bite. We started chatting with two of the employees and mentioned it was my husbands birthday. They came to our table after we were done with lunch with ice cream, 2 cookies and the entire staff sang Happy Birthday to him! So incredibly kind!!!!!!! Thank you so much.
