I had a misorder, but the manager and James, Samir, Matt and Derrick qucijly fixed ny food and ensured the food was cooked and made to perfection! Aside from that, the mgr and the staff all had great attitudes and provided top notch quality service! High quality customer service and attentiveness.

This is the worse burr king in history. The management team clearly cannot handle providing good fresh food to the public plus he has an attitude with his patrons. His employees are also just as rude and specifically the one with long purple hair, they need to fire everyone and start fresh, unlike there food

Sadly Burger King isn’t what it use to be. Ordered a couple of Whopper meals and both of them were cold. The fries were hot but not the burger patty. Also ordered a 12 piece Chicken Fries for our granddaughters. We got Mozzarella sticks. Good thing the girls like cheese.

Was there around 9:00 at night and got the worst food I have ever gotten from Burger King. The chicken fries were dried out even my dog would need them and I got a bacon cheeseburger the bacon was so tough I couldn’t eat it either the only saving Grace what is the Dr pepper I got. I was traveling back to Ruskin so I wasn’t able to go back to ask for my money back or at least something fresh and not something that had been sitting under the warmer all day!!
Anytime I go to Burger King I’m always giving a receipt this time not the case so I won’t be coming back to this location ever!!!!

This is the best fast food drive thru restaurant in this area the service is the friendliest,fastest and has the nicest most polite employees. Whoever runs this Burger King needs to know they have chosen the right people no matter what time or what day I am completely satisfied as a customer thank you Burger King employees at this restaurant you are what service is all about.

This Burger King is one of the better ones in the area. The food was normal Burger King which is nothing special. My order was messed up, but they only forgot the condiments, which isn’t bad. Inside, it’s newer and the only complaint I have is the self service soda machine was missing a few drinks.

So I would give a negative rating for this Burger King!!!!! Asked for no salt on fries they put extra salt and ketchup on the fries. Asked for plan burgers they were loaded with ketchup.please tell me if a burger comes with ketchup mustard onions and pickles would you put only ketchup on a burger? What really got me was they were supposed to be plan. I called and spoke with a man he just said sorry and acted like whatever. Then I called back again when I seen that they gave me no sauce for cheese sticks and got a girl who was very rude and unhelpful as well. This store needs a huge attitude and customer service review. If you want to charge this much for food can it please be edible and how you want it.

They didn’t give us one of the sandwiches that we ordered. Then when we mentioned it they took the entire bag of food back from us in order to complete our order. Then I get about half way through my sandwich and I find this date label in between my sandwich patties. I’m so disgusted right now I want to throw up, and the only thing that I can think of is that it was placed there in retaliation. It was completely dead center of the sandwich.

They always forget the sauces, and sometimes entire items. Called the store, manager claims the employees are doing “all they can” to get orders out. How come McDonalds doesn’t forget items and sauces? CHECKERS does a better job, why? This place is crap, you will be disappointed.

Not sure if this burger king are making their new wraps wrong or what but they should be ashamed of themselves!!! These are not worth $3. The picture shows half of a chicken filet but they literally gave you a strip of chicken. It looked like they got a chicken filet and cut it in four pieces. The chicken was as thin as a their chicken fries. All you tasted was a tortilla. Sad burger king!!!
