This is the second time I have ordered from them lately and the second time my food look like a child put it together. They didn’t follow directions It had onions on my burger, Yes I know I can take them off but when I order them without I expect to get what I ordered. I also paid for a medium fry which the amount of fries that were in there were more like a small. It was not worth $3.29. I also asked for it to be ready by 6:30 They didn’t even start to cook it till 6:30 when it was being picked up. The lobby was closed and there was only two people working there. Somebody needs to check into this Burger King like maybe the owners??? Because something’s just not right there. Especially when they’re supposed to be open for inside dining too. But since there was nobody in the lobby eating and ordering food and nobody else in the drive-thru I would think that my food would have been ready at 6:30 like asked. I don’t usually do this but this is the second time that I’ve spent good money for food even though fast food and didn’t get what I ordered. This is putting a bad name on Burger King because I probably will not go there or order from this Burger King again and it’s the one closest to my house. Meaning I probably won’t order from Burger King again.

The manager yelled at me because I wanted to confirm the amount to be paid as I knew $7 was not enough for 4 combos and a jr bacon cheeseburger. The manager proceeded to berate me to let me know that I never ordered it and then refused to add it on. Craziest night ever, just pulled off and went to BK down the street and got amazing customer service.

Love BK, but it has to be fresh off the broiler…. that’s the secret always order it fresh off the broiler! The assistant manager was super friendly, she was nice to deal with unlike some in the fast food industry. NOW TO THE OWNER please do something about the DRIVE THRU it’s horrible and way way to tight.. my wife literally had to get out of the SUV and make sure I wouldn’t scratch my wheels due to it being so narrow and looking at the curbs you can tell they get hit all the time. This would literally be a reason I would not come back to your dive thru‼️

Twice I have gone here and my order is messed up every time. Won’t be going back. Asked for a whopper meal no onion with cheese. Well, they gave me EXTRA onion and no cheese. Asked for a lemonade and got a coke instead. Previous time I ordered a chicken wrap and got something else entirely. The workers were really nice, but my order is messed up every time

I had the Whopper value meal. It actually tasted flame-broiled and you could see bits for char from the oven. I loved unique taste of their patties. I haven’t been to a Burger King since the 90’s and it tasted EXACTLY as a remember from when I was kid growing up! I order dine in. The service was very fast and the staff were very pleasant. Two thumbs up to the staff. However the facility is falling into disrepair and needs major fixes to the building and parking lot.

EXTREMELY RUDE NASTY ATTITUDE WOBBLY OLD LADY!!! Screaming at Costumers, making nasty faces. Mad because it was our first time using a BK coupon & thought it was handed at the window where you pay, she started screaming and cutting us off mid sentence when we apologized and tried to explain what happened! Then nearly shoved out food in the car through the damn window!!!! What kind of costumer service is this?!

After the guy working a counter finally took a break from being on his phone he took my order. Then when I got my order my hamburger had more ketchup and mustard than it had meat and bread. This is par for the course. Definitely need to pay them $15 an hour
