I hate to even give this place 1star! The food? Absolutely gross. I had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru and there was only 3 cars in front of me. My food came out soggy. I ordered a whopper jr meal and mozzarella sticks. They didnt give me any marinara sauce. The food was not even hot or fresh. Very upset. I will not be back here anymore.

The lady Nancy who works at night is not clean. She came to the window with dirty fingers and coughing before she made my shake. This is the nastiest feeling I’ve ever had before getting food. There were also only 2 cars, myself and another. It took 20 mins to get my food and I’m not sure what took so long. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I live nearby and I will go to the further location from now on. I am permanently scarred from the thought of her fingers touching my food

Every time I come to Burger King this is a very bad inconvenience trying to order something and getting treated like shit Manager makes you stop in the middle before the second window and pay outside, not even at the second window you’re allowed to come close they get very upset very disrespectful they don’t let you get your food at the window they make you pull up to the side to be honest with you. This is very inconvenient why have a drive-through if you’re not allowed to use the window to pay or to pick up your food? Both Windows are meant to be used the first one to pay your food and the second one to pick up your food get with the program. McDonald’s has better service in thisg

I’m honestly lost for words like I get that it’s late. It’s 10:10 PM right now. You just closed your lobbies, but no need to have an attitude When serving people at the window, I did the same job. I was a crew member front and back and was a shift lead. But I put a smile on my face because you never know what the person that’s ordering is going through and I get that the person taking order Maybe going to something too but the rush to get me out of the window and to finish my order at the speaker was not needed. Everyone was tired and life is life right now. Try to do better

Food is good but they won’t let you go to the front window so the times are cheated on their systems. When you do pull up they get rude with you.

Only customer in drive through for breakfast. Once I received my order I noticed my sprite was just carbonated water. When I got home I opened my sandwich that was squished and soggy. Unpleasant breakfast to say the least.

Went through the drive-thru couldn’t hardly understand the lady. I ordered a double cheeseburger with no pickle. Small fry and a medium diet coke. The double cheeseburger only had ketchup. The fries had so much salt they were falling off the fry. And the diet coke tasted like they poured it from a 2 liter
