went to drive thru around 10 PM ordered 2 whoppers 1 double cheeseburger ALL of them were cold. As if the patties were cooked hours ago. This is honestly the worst service I have ever had at Burger King. This location needs to do better hopefully something is done.

Stopped in on Friday 2/27/26 around 9:30pm, the entire lobby was filthy not one clean table, the counter area was covered in spilled soda, on the counter as well as the floor. Service was slow.

Cashier at drive through was very snippy and rude. Drive through line was extremely slow. It took us 20 mins and there was only 4 cars in line. I guess they need more employees and customer service education.

Walked in at 8:15pm. Place closes at 10pm. Wanted to get 5x ice cream but the manager said they are already cleaning and not selling ice cream anymore (at 8:15pm???). This wasn’t the first time it happened. Instead walked across the street to get it at McDonald’s. Will go here moving forward. It’s more expensive but the service much better. And for the record, BK was dead empty while McDonald’s definitely wasn’t.

We ordered 2 whoppers with cheese. Got home and realized it wasn’t a whopper with cheese. We called the store 6 times and the phone would just hang up. We received 2 sandwiches on a potato bun without cheese and it wasn’t on a sesame seed bun and I didn’t realize it until I had started eating it. LaBelle Burger King has to do better.

Stopped in with family from out of town. Cashier was rude from the start. Placed order, while getting our drinks found out there was no ice. Staff was unconcerned. Food was wrong. When I took it up to the front the girl threw it in the trash and walked away. I asked for a manager, but unfortunately she WAS the manager. I have worked in the customer service industry for 35 years, 20 of which were in the food industry. This kind of service is unacceptable. I see now why the McDonald’s next store was packed and this restaurant was empty. I will not visit a Burger King again regardless of location. You can’t even contact corporate. Never again!

Staff taking order did not hear me say cheesecurds, so I repeated myself. When I got to drive through she came to other staff and said she didn’t care because I was rude to her and she isn’t putting up with this shit. I will never go back.

I wish I could give this zero stars. Tonight me and my wife went to Burger King and order 5 sandwiches in total we get our food and the fries are old so we ask can we get fresh fries and the girl at the window slammed the windows manager wasn’t any better and started rolling her eyes. Opens the window and demands for the old fries back which wasn’t a problem they were old and soggy Than we check the rest of our food we were missing 2 burgers and an ice cream cone so we told them and they came to the window rudely and demanded for receipt so we gave it to them and they made our order but gave me 2 plan cheese burgers and kept our receipt at this point we aren’t sure if we want to eat the food with the nasty service we received $29 went to waste

I have tried again to give this Burger King the benefit of the doubt, but every time I order a breakfast burrito it is so soggy and old the grease is literally seeping through the tortilla and where it’s not the tortilla is hard and everything in it is soggy, I am done and never coming back here.

Bro, clean your grease traps and change the oil like you’re supposed to (yes we can tell), teach your staff what actual customer service is instead of acting like we are bothering them because they have to do their job and not doom scroll on their phones, and salt the damn fries for Christ’s sake.
