Rip you off and they refuse to give you a receipt to prove it. Customer service is awful. I was the only one in the drive-thru as I was told “Give me a minute” from the worker. Absolutely not a problem. However after about seven minutes of waiting, another car pulled into the other lane and their order was immediately taken, and before mine! My order was taken right after and my order on the screen was correct. However, when I got to the window it was completely wrong. I told the lady at the window that I ordered a meal and she quickly responded “No you didn’t”. To which I responded “Yes I did, May I please have a receipt since I did not get one.” She refused to give me a receipt and said “Here” while handing me a bag of two small fries and closed the window. Again this is not what I ordered and not what I wanted. I ordered a (number one) whopper meal with heavy pickles and heavy cheese. As you see from the picture the wrapper is marked however that is not what I received. So not only did she try to correct me to cover her mistakes, she did not care to fix the problem or even listen to my issue. I was charged for all the extras that I ordered and did not receive.

We have visited several times and like this location, however, we will not be returning here anytime soon.
With that said:
The music in the Lobby is extremely loud and uncomfortable, we brought This matter to the attention of the MGR. on duty and to my surprise, she totally blew me off.
I, found this to be Unprofessional at minimum, and Unacceptable to me, as I, was respectful, courteous and polite with her.
Franchisee:
You should hire better quality people as Managers, as the current employee has no business being a manager and is unqualified to deal with a simple issue being brought to her attention, by the Consumer (Paying Customers).
In conclusion, This issue is ongoing in these establishments, the playing of Music at Nightclub Volumes, in the lobbies of dining establishments, this is a total fail.
Typically an average consumer prefers:
a nice quiet breakfast, Lunch or peaceful dinner.
IMO: The presence of nice, not overbearing, neutral Background music, that you don’t have to yell at the person sitting next to you to have a decent conversation with, is always welcomed.
If we wanted to blow our eardrums out we would go to a Rock concert, not a local eatery.
HINT:
Solution, either adjust the volumes in the lobby to decent levels, and play background music. or get rid of the speakers in the Dining rooms.
Tired of Managers/Franchisees without a bit of common sense, come on guys wakey wakey, you can do much better.
It is truly Sad, Ultimately, These Negative Interactions will harm the Businesses, and The brand.

They only had 3 workers. Had to wait 25 minutes for breakfast pickup order. I feel sorry for the workers. Frustrating to have dine in, pick up and drive through customers forced to wait. Shame on franchise owner. Next time I will get my breakfast at McDonald’s

It’s a fast food restaurant. Don’t expect to eat super healthy but there’s tons of burgers and chicken options as well as vegan burgers if you’re into eating plants. All kinds of soft drinks and their fries are pretty good. They also offer a limited dessert selection.

Updating my original review. I always wait here. I order online and by the time I get to the window my food is cold. The order is wrong when I pick up. 3x I had to request a refund for missing items. I shouldn’t have to remove all items from the sealed bag to check if everything is there and hold up the long line behind me. But I need to do that!! And the food is not as good as it used to be. Not excited.

Yeah this place is disgusting. If your expecting your burger to AT LEAST look anything like the pictures? Your wasting your valuable time and money. I live around here and every single time I come to give them a try again they never disappoint to disappoint. Everything from forgetting items so always check your bag to not cooking your items. You literally have to engulf your food in sauce to even make it edible. Take a look at my “toasted” melt burger that they threw together. this nugget is from my 8 piece nugget, and I couldn’t even bite through it because of how hard and over cooked it was…. My fries were cold. So in essence I spend about 30 bucks on a meal for my family that no one ate…. Go figure. Total 1 star. I wish there was a 0 stars option.

Great for fast food. I always feel like the char grill taste makes it taste like a yummy family picnic burger. On my most recent visit the drive through attendant offered me a crown because I was a queen. You don’t realize you miss being a kid until your offered kid only benefits! Thanks for the crown ma’am!
