Customer service was a joke. Employee behind cash register had an attitude and was un willing to help several elderly customers with ordering on the touch screen. My food came out cold. When I asked for a fork for the pie I ordered she rolled her eyes turned away from me and then said “we don’t got ’em” save your money and go to the bagel place instead.

The older lady in the back was yelling “I DONT CARE..I DONT CARE” when I asked about my order. The younger girl in the front was so sweet and knew I had a flight to work! IF YOU CAN’T GIVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN DON’T WORK AT BURGER KING. Find you something else to do besides being rude and miserable to people who also wake up early and have 5 minutes to get a hot meal!

Garbages overflowing in dining area and behind the counter. Everything needed to be wiped down. Cashier couldn’t care less about anything but her phone. Manager walking around not doing anything either. Food came out decent though.

We were at the Fort Myers Fl. Airport getting ready to fly home. Approx 6-7 pm. We were hungry waiting for flight. Seen burger king and thought we would try there. I ordered whopper JR combo, wife ordered whopper JR and union rings. Very slow to order, thought help was low but we saw at least 4 employees so that wasnt issue. Wasnt very busy but had customers. Drink fountain didnt have iced tea, got soda. We got our food and went to where our seat were at airport. Food was cold, not good at all. None of it. Should have went back to store but figured it would be useless. Remade food would be same. Ended up throwing most of it away.

Place was dirty. Tables were not clean. Drink machine was broken. They didnt have any change. My cheeseburger was stone cold. I made them make me a new one. Pretty sad service. Employee, one in particular looked like she didn’t care or take pride in her job. She sat down at the tables on her phone with dirty tables all around her.

Burger King slogan says HAVE IT YOUR WAY. If I had it my way both employees would be fired, talk about two speeds, SLOW AND STOP. 20 minutes wait for a large fry. Rude ignorant slow and miserable.
