Typical fastfood resto. Food actually very good, I had a chicken sandwich and fries, both were better than I expected. And service was very efficient and fast, one of the server was very friendly and jovial, making the experience a better one. And there were these cute white birds in front of the store we don’t have these in Canada 🙂

It needs to be known that everyone is always so nice here! The gentleman tonight really made my day! I wish I had gotten his name. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Friendly and the food is good with adequate toppings. I’m not sure if this is because they’re paid better or what, but whatever management is doing needs to be taught to McDonald’s. I’m talking about you, McDonald’s at 18500 Summerlin!

About 20 minutes ago, I went to pick up an order at this place, and when I showed the young African-American woman who was serving customers my phone with the DoorDash order, she became rude and started insulting me. Just 5 minutes later, she was very cheerful. Clearly, she doesn’t want to work and certainly doesn’t have the necessary manners to deal with customers. But the most disturbing thing for me is that the second door of the establishment was closed, and a sign told customers to use the main entrance. To the best of my knowledge, this is illegal; this type of public place requires at least a second functional exit in case of an emergency.

Gone downhill bad the past few months. EVERY single order I’ve ordered has come entirely incorrect and ended up in the garbage due to that or the food quality being absolutely horrible.it gets annoying when you spend over $35 to just get a meal for lunch at work and it consistently comes wrong and you don’t get to eat because clearly following paint by number instructions is much too difficult for some these days. Eventually people get fed up and never frequent said business again..today I am one of those. Get it together please. I am tired of spending 20 mins on your garbage app with support to get a refund while being accused it’s me pulling a scam because you guys can’t make orders right even when I have pics the accusations still get tossed around. Who in their right mind would continue to use any business that accuses a customer of trying to game the system when they screw up orders….smh no way this is acceptable food it’s been sitting for ages clearly and looks absolutely disgusting not to mention the order isn’t even correct

A beautiful building surrounded by lush greenery. We ordered dine in and they greeted us kindly. We ate in a booth but as I walked to the one in the middle I did notice a booth seat was damaged.
Other than that we just walked past and sat at our booth and ate the new Halloween menu they offer. It was delicious and I left there full! Definitely recommend this Burger King to dine in or just to order on the go.

I only go to Burger King once a month or every other month. I love their Egg and Cheese croissants. I finally downloaded the app and placed my first order on line… I accidentally put on wrong pick up address. The manager graciously honored my goofed up order!

I ordered 41 dollars with of food and I didn’t recieve what should have in the 18.00 dollar firey menu I should have gotten mozzarella sticks instead I received regular chicken fries. I ordered firey chicken fries I got regular. I ordered the philly chicken wrap I got the firey one. I also had to add my own cheese to my sandwiches and the staff stood there cursing and not paying attention to the customers. This is the worst ran location I’ve been to. Would not recommend going to this location unless you want bad service and your order incorrect. On top of of the wrong order some of the chicken fries were over cooked and the chocolate cookies were hard and hard to eat.
