Food, staff and speed of service were ok – no complaints. But the condiment and drink area in the dining room is disgusting! Rusty and moldly, needs deep cleaning or just replaced overall. Not a good sight to grab covers for your drink from, containers for ketchup or to dispense ketchup to consume. Very filthy in customer facing area, made me wonder about the condition of the food prep areas in the back that I cant see.

Terrible experience today, we are in from out of town and needed a quick late dinner for the kids… we spent 80$ on food here, we were missing a drink, we very specifically ordered honey mustard for the littles(if you have kids you know how critical this is) a lot of restaurants forget to put those in the bag which is fine as I always ask for 2 at the window anticipating they get forgotten… they of course gave me a hard time( we never have cash and I’m not putting 40 cents on a card)… they refused to give me 2 honey mustards after spending 80$ there… so of course I sit in the parking lot digging through 80$ of food… no honey mustard… I go in the restaurant… manager stated she put BBQ in my bag instead and I would need to go back to my car, with screaming kids already, to get the BBQ and bring it back inside to them to get a 20cent honey mustard… their mistake suddenly became my problem?!? Yall need to figure out better customer service! If I could give zero stars I would! We go to Burger King often and have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life.

The manager was working the register and delivering food to the tables. She has a big smile and friendly attitude.
There is plenty of parking, but most of it is behind the building. If you’re heading West on I4 the restaurant is right off the exit and the re-entry is straight across the street from the parking lot, and there’s a traffic light! Very convenient and safe. We got the value offer; three Whopper Junior sandwiches for $7.99.

The team was clearly working hard to keep orders moving despite being very short-staffed, and we appreciate their effort. This was our second visit to this Burger King, and while the food was good, both visits involved a noticeably long wait to order and receive our meals. Additional staffing support would likely make a big difference in improving the overall experience.

Food was good. Watched someone get stuck in the bathroom due to a busted lock. The burger king employees laughed while letting him out and didnt apologize. Whoever the girl(i think shift lead/manager) that worked tonight was aggressive towards customers.

1 hour. That’s how long we waited for our food (3 meals) The drive thru was down, the system inside was down, the employee in the front was lost, no lids, no ketchup. We ordered online and pick up time was at 11:12pm we got our food at 12:08am. The most disorganized burger king I’ve ever been to. All the employees in the back were chatting away and laughing as if the lobby wasn’t full of customers waiting for their food, some like us with small children. DO BETTER! And refund everyone that waited!

Ordered from the app, paid, received a confirmation my order was received and was being prepared (so I couldn’t cancel it.)
Drove 15 minutes out there to discover no one was at the restaurant. Lights out. Doors closed. No cars.
Had to reach out to support and wait several days for them to agree to issue a simple refund- and was offered no other compensation for the situation.

This place has some of the most incompetent workers I’ve ever seen. They messed up my burger three different times. I ordered a veggie burger with cheese— no mayo. First they put bacon on it, when my husband brought it back for them, they said “can we just take the bacon off”. If this is their policy, then I can only imagine the foodborne illnesses or cross-contamination customers from this location have been exposed to. The second time they messed up my burger they put no cheese (and mayo) on it. When I took it back to get cheese (I gave up on the mayo at this point) they acted baffled that they messed up again. The whole thing took over 30 minutes to solve because they went to a holiday party and left one poor worker there all alone. The employees eventually returned, but from my story you can see they were not much help. Whoever this manager is needs to be reprimanded. One staff member should not have been left alone or the store should’ve just been closed during the holiday party. Also, I feel like the staff needs to be retrained.
