I was helped the minute I hopped into the drive thru. This gentleman Akua greeted me very kindly and took my order quickly! As I came to the window he was very polite and made sure to see if my order was perfect or needed anything else! He was also very funny and made sure my food was fresh and came out efficiently! Props to this man because even after a very long shift he took very good care of his customer!

Every table was dirty and there was only one being used by an employee. They were not busy! There was one gentleman waiting on a Togo order. That was it. We ordered three meals and one with iced tea. She handed me three cups. There was no ice tea out there. I brought it to the manager’s attention that there was no ice tea container out here. She whipped her face more in my direction and said, EXCUSE ME!” in a nasty tone. All three orders of fries were cold. I’m the only one that returned mine. My husband just said, “it’s not worth dealing with that lady.”. The manager argued with me saying they were hot when she gave them to me. They were not! My nieces burger was pink instead and had onions on it when it was specifically ordered without. Mine had pickles and was ordered without! This isn’t rocket science!! The woman’s bathroom had no toilet paper and no soap in the handicap stall. I’m handicapped. The single stall had peed on toilet paper all over the seat! I have one question why would you keep this lazy nasty mouth manager at any location?!?! Go somewhere else where your money won’t be wasted!

Horrible service , yesterday I went with my husband who’s in wheelchair and the salesperson named Gary was very polite and provided a great customer service, but after we eat we decided to go right there for two cones so a black gray hair older lady came to attend me and another customer in line after 21 minutes waiting she came with a very bad attitude I was the first and she attended the customer behind me, and later she asked me what I want so I told her I wanted two vanilla cones she charged me with ver bad attitude and she walked to wash something at the sink, she was entretiened taking her time just because she wanted make us wait, Finally after waiting for my order about 12 minutes I called her for lady because she had her uniform covered with a jacket and I didn’t see her name and I asked her if she can give me my money back she did and I walked away with my husband… this is no first time I go often to that place and she’s always like with everyone customer.. I believe she have a job because the customers if not she don’t will have a job. I never ever will go back to bergerking#24516 in lake placid Florida , I go with my own money I don’t go to ask for free food.so here is my review 0

Its burger king. Food is always good and hot. They staff here have always been good to us. On todays visit we decided to dine in and got to witness some action . One of the staff got in a verbal altercation with another member and had to be removed by the management. When we left they were still in the parking lot. It was loud enought to disrupt the whole dining area.

Last night was our last visit to Lake Placid Burger King. Very seldom have I left this location happy. If you like standing inside (with no line) for 5 to 10 minutes to have your order taken, then this is the place for you. The employees here don’t care. We will go to Sebring from now on. We walked out hungry and went to Wendy’s.

Hands down one of the worst Burger King visits I’ve ever had. The staff was rude and totally unorganized they asked for our order four different times, and it still took over 30 minutes just to hand us two burgers. When they finally hand us our drink, it was the wrong soda, we tell one of the employees and she replies with “I don’t care”. Just when you think it can’t get any worse the manager started arguing with us for 5 minutes, claiming we never ordered, then realized after all that she was wrong. Not even an apology, just more attitude. The cherry on top was the food coming out cold. Honestly, this place is a joke from the manager down to the employees. Never going to Burger King again after this experience. Hope they shut this branch down or clean house, no one should be getting treated like this.

The food is always nice and hot here as it was this time. I called it Splurger King because the price is so high. Double Whopper Plain a regular whopper and 2 medium fries costing over $20. No drinks. Its tasty , but so expensive. 4 stars just because of price and nothing else. Good place, painful on the wallet.

Can we be more rude, probably but not much. The woman taking orders in the drive through in a harsh tone tells me she will get to me when she gets to me – hmmm. Then when she takes my order she keeps cutting me off, does not tell me a total but to drive around to second window. No thank you, no have a nice day. This is 2:25 pm on a Saturday afternoon. Please provide this woman customer service skills. The small drink was kids size not the normal small and no napkins.

The absolute worst customer service experience. Also an Uber driver and y’all are supposed to have the food ready and sealed. I understand if you just received it, but I wait forever!!!!! And y’all are so rude about it too.. I report you to Uber every time and your higher ups! No sense of urgency or respect here. Also, dipping your hands in the dirty water then touching food is a health hazard!!

2 long lines outside. Susie waited on me, familiar face she used to work at BK in So. Sebring, Fl which has really detairiated in the past 4 yrs. Inside filthy. Soda machine filthy with soda all over floor and machine counter. No napkins, food on floor behind counter and boxes for FF, and tables dirty and floor. Haven’t been in 6 mos. Thought I would stop in and just to see if had changed and no it hasn’t. Poor management and workers. Will not go back even drive thru after seeing where my food was being prepared.
