Mobile ordered for drive thru and got my food quickly. Ingredients were fresh, burger was delicious. Only complaint was I wasn’t given any napkins, even one would’ve sufficed. It stinks when you take a bite of your burger and the ketchup and mayo fall on your clothes. Luckily that didn’t happen this time, but you never know!

This place is ridiculous! I paid $14.43 for a burger combo that was ready as soon as I finished ordering. The fries were cold and I had to get water because all they had was soda options. Do you folks know that some of the best burger places in Haines City like Beef O Brady’s and The Bunker are charging $10 for a freshly made burger with a side and a drink that are bigger and taste better than your fast food stuff? How are you guys still in business? I remember growing up and going to Burger King , It used be really good. I haven’t eaten here in many years but wanted to try it again as I was driving by. WOW! I guess it was my last time.

Anytime you want your food, your way, you must ask, first. BK refuse to give you hot fresh food. Who wants onion rings and fries that sat under a light? Not me! I want them Hot Out The Fryer!!! That’s exactly how you must order your food or else, take it their way.

Line took over an hour for a delivery order and the food was COLD. I do not advise you visit this store at night. Employee said I had to go through the line again to get it remade for the customer, the bag was cold to tbe touch!
