I want to file this complaint because I just received the most unbelievable mistreatment from an employee at this Burger King. I arrived at the store because I was supposed to pick up an order at 8:19 PM. I arrived at 8:24 PM, and when I entered the store, I waited a while, and no one came. Then I whistled, and an employee appeared—I’ll show her in the photo—and I showed her my phone so she could see I was there to pick up an order. This employee looked at her phone screen and, without saying anything else, not even a greeting, turned her back and walked away. Then she started pacing back and forth, and after a while, she came back with the cup of a shake I had ordered and threw it on the counter, like it was a bar in a Las Vegas strip club. After that, she kept pacing back and forth, and after a while, she brought a package with a hamburger that was also on the order. After another long wait, she placed the order on the counter and said, “Let it go!!!” Let it go… Just like that, and nothing more. Then I said, “Please, I need the straw for the shake,” and she pointed at me and told me I had to get it next to where the cups are sold… Honestly, the lack of respect from these employees is unbelievable. The lack of professionalism is unbelievable. It’s unbelievable how they discriminate and mistreat customers… I’m paying for this service! Why does this employee presume to mistreat me without even knowing who I am? She wasn’t even able to cover the mouth of the cup she gave me the shake in… She wasn’t even able to say goodbye… Where are we headed with employees like these? Why should this world-renowned franchise be degraded by the actions of one rude, disrespectful, and even racist employee? This employee showed a complete lack of professionalism in dealing with customers. I felt offended by her mistreatment. They should provide these types of people with better training so they know how to treat customers. I’ve had other problems at this location with order delays and other issues, but what this employee did today was the last straw. I suggest they teach these employees professional ethics and a passion for excellence so they can understand and serve customers, because this employee left much to be desired.

We ordered french fries, onion rings and two fish sandwiches. Everything was hot and very tasty. The girl at the drive thru was very polite and attentive.

Hi there, we (six of us, four kids, two adults) arrived at the Burger King walk-up counter in Avon Park on Sunday, 25 January 2026 at approximately 11:20 A.M. Behind the counter was one lady with her headphones on perhaps taking care of the drive-thru arguing back and forth in a high tone with a gentleman at the burger assembly line about the onions that were put on a burger when it did not have to have them there at all in the first place. Anyhow, all six of us stood at the counter for approximately ten minutes, we were never acknowledged, we did not even get a; “we’ll be with you as soon as possible” plain and simple we were completely ignored. So, we walked out the door, drove south on 27 and visited the Burger King # 13844 in Sebring. At 11:49A.M all six of us placed our individual lunch orders, paid our $53 bill, ate in and back on the road heading south on HWY 27 by 12:30P.M. The crew at the Avon Park Burger King should go and observe plus take lessons from the Sebring locations regarding customer service.

This was very good, they was busy but prompt. They are running a special now on some items. Like the original chicken sandwich. I got 3 for $7.53 that’s with tax. And I also got 3 whopper jrs.for the same $7.53.
That’s just great cause today things are so expensive u can’t afford to eat out much. But with deals like this you can beat. They have several more items on the Trio sale. So go check it out.

Longest wait ever and the food was cold! I didn’t even get the right order! I ordered ham n cheese croissants and a number 1 and this is what I got! Worst people ever that work there too. Worst Burger King I have EVER been to.

Erika rude manager I had to tell them they got my order wrong 3 times I had the recipient that they did it wrong I asked for a refund she said no refund but it’s their fault they got it wrong I was nice and respectful until a lady in the back said I know it’s not wrong like I’m I going to take out the stuff of the food I’m going to eat whoever worked @ 7:30 in the kitchen rude people working always playing around and talking

I visited this Burger King twice in two weekends cause I couldn’t believe the food was so good. Both times everything has been fresh, hot, just great. This is the restaurant they need to use to set the example for all other BKs.
