Whoever cooked on 02/18/26 around 8:30pm you deserve a raise! a promotion or something! I just ate the best burger I’ve ever had from any fast food place. EVER. I don’t know if you cooked with love or what but best ever! I don’t even want to finish my burger cause then it will be gone forever lol (I don’t do drugs I promise, it seriously was that good)

I usually do not leave a review for fast food joints because they are so inconsistent with service and I really hope I do not jinx it but this is by far the best Burger King I have ever felt with. Their employees are always super friendly their service is typically very prompt and their fries are always hot and excellent!! I also do DoorDash part time and they are very friendly to their DoorDash drivers! I commend them and I hope they keep up the good work! Kudos to management for hiring such a great team! I live about a mile away and I come Here regularly and it has always remained the same

I went thru drive thru but I want to commend the young fellow who took my order. He made a mistake on the order and when I mentioned it, he stayed very calm and a little embarrassed. I could tell he was a trainee but his response was very professional and I’m convinced when he’s fully trained, he will be a good employee. I wish I would have got his name, but I didn’t. He, along with who I assumed was his manager were able to correct the error quickly and I was on my way. The food was very good.

I haven’t visited a Burger King in quite some time and now I quickly realize why I don’t visit Burger King very often. First of all when you go through the drive up window to pay it’s kind of like you’re looking into the back room where everybody just hangs out there was a guy Sitting down with his feet up on the desk looking at his phone couldn’t tell if he was a manager or not. Another guy walking around drinking an energy drink, just completely unprofessional looking. When I go to the second window to get my food, the woman asked me if I wanted zesty sauce for my onion rings and I said no, but I’ll take some ketchup instead. Of course when I i’m ready to eat and I opened the bag there’s zesty sauce and no ketchup whatsoever! I guess she has a five second memory retention span. And last but not least I start eating the whopper and I’m kind of noticing that I don’t taste that open flame grilled burger taste that they’re so famous for. when I opened the burger, I see this dull gray piece of meat with no familiar grill marks on it, and needless to say I threw the rest of it in the garbage!! Won’t be having any Burger King cravings for quite some time!!

I wish I had read the reviews b4 visiting… I don’t eat out a lot nor do I usually eat fast food, but working on a job site where I can bring my own on rough it. I got really tired of Wendy’s chili and biggie bags within a week so I ventured an extra effort to get to this location for a change of choice. I ate BK a lot in my younger years but have wisened up as I got older. The foid was ok but the guy at the register was abrupt, rude, condescending and even called me a liar when I questioned the size/cost on the menu. I really don’t care what the size is that’s on the menu, I just don’t appreciate being lied to and talked down to. I even went online and proved my point (because everything online is true, lol) but he simply made up another lie to cover his rear and got very rude about it. Did not follow the instructions to remove the toppings from the Royal Crispy Chicken Meal. Also order a Whopper Jr. Meal that came with no Whopper Jr.
So i spent $30+ on Soda and Fries. I have no sandwich to eat and my son cant eat the one that was ordered from him. Thank you for your shitty service.
