I only gave it one star because they’re was no choice for zero. I ordered breakfast and it was old, hard and looked horrible. Burnt and hard cini minis that I literally could throw through a window. Hard croissants for the sandwiches. Cold, greasy hash browns. This is officially the last time at this store. As someone who works in the food industry, do better. I know for a fact the employees wouldn’t eat the things you serve to their guests. This store definitely needs a health inspection.

Burger King off 4 heading to Orlando should be reported to the board of health. The bathrooms are secured and you cant even use them without a staff member letting you in the restroom. They could use a deep clean also. If this is a security measure, they need to come up with a better plan. You should be able to go to the restroom without being escorted by their already busy staff. Unacceptable.

Could you please get involved, Mangermet? It’s concerning when your employees seem indifferent. They appear to just want to clock out, collect their pay, and not actually do their jobs. For instance, the ice machine is broken, and there’s no solution in sight. They simply state they’re out of ice without considering how to fix the issue. However, I did manage to get some ice from them, which is confusing. Due to these ongoing problems at this location, I will be considering other fast food options. At least when McDonald’s makes a mistake, they genuinely try to find a solution.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE always short staff went in the lobby to order my food to go. took them 35 mins to give me my food, then my order was wrong not once but twice my sprite was no good. Never have I experienced this at any fast food waiting over 30 mins for food.

The cook is back there rocking it out wish I could say the same about the rest of the staff. I really felt like I was bothering the employee’s instead of feeling like this was a place I wanted to spend my money. I stayed because it was getting late and I was hungry but I wouldn’t go back. There are too many other places that will treat me like they want me to spend my money at their business.

If I could give zero stars I would , what’s the point of ordering online if they make you sit and wait anyway not only that the girls that are working are SUPER rude , they forgot my Dr Pepper and my chicken fried and wanted to act like it was MY FAULT , they had to grab them. She was rude through the drive through, gave attitude when I asked a question. Gave an attitude when she took the payment and handed me my food. If she was having a bad day that doesn’t mean she has to project that attitude to the customers. Didn’t bother giving a receipt, not even a welcoming gesture. A simple hello goes a long way. This was my first time coming to this location and will never be back. The fries and nuggets were stale and you could tell they were old. Not edible. Save your money and go somewhere else. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Overall it was a bad experience since I pulled up to the drive through.

I’m an outside sales rep. My techs. Love BK unfortunately when we are in the Lakeland area we have to go to 98 North. Davenport. This place suuuuuuucks RUDE RUDE people. Now I can take my techs anywhere they want to go on co card but they choose BK , this location. Food is nasty. Never fresh frys, burgers taste old. , management is the rudest trucking people in the world. I would fire 98% of the piece shot people that work there. , been In sales way to long , customers aren’t always right. But down right rude to customers and nasty old food. They could definitely take a lesson from memorial/ Wabash, location, Davenport, Winter Haven location. Clean. , friendly. FRESH FOOD. 98 you suck.

Quite possibly the rudest Burger King I ever visited. Probably never stop here again. Seemed like a race issue. When I received the food I only got 3 out of 4 sandwiches. When I went to say something she got rude about that and said I gave you three sandwiches and I stated I ordered four and all she did was walk off. Someone else had to assist me.

I used to like burger king a long time ago. I had stopped eating it because it seems like they did not care about customer service or the quality of the food especially when you have walked in and see a worker going off on the manager. Telling her to stay away from him and let him do his job. He kept ranting at her and she just kept saying ok. So, I thought I would try it again. My daughter ordered a double whopper meal, NO PICKLES, NO LETTUCE, EXTRA MAYO. Got the meal home and I had extra pickles, some picked over nasty stinking lettuce, smashed tomatoes and a nasty looking burger..not 2 burgers but 1. There is no way I will ever go back there.
