This is one of those Burger King stores that cheap out on giving you the appropriate amount of cheese for a double cheeseburger. And all the video commercials and pictures on the menu board show double cheeseburger with two pieces of cheese, but there are several Burger King‘s in the Tampa Bay area that only give you one piece of cheese plus you still pay almost 5 dollars for a double cheeseburger. I’ll never shop here again!!! Go to the one on 66th St and Ulmerton Road.
In addition, 50% of the one single piece of cheese I got on my double cheeseburger stuck to the wrapper. In addition, they nuked it to about 250° and it took me more than seven minutes to cool off before I could eat it.

Be careful getting food from here. I was given a half done whopper. When I returned I spoke with a Manager by the name of Precious who has ABSOLUTELY no human relations skills. When I asked her to refund my money she so rudely let me know she couldn’t do so because I ordered through the app which I understood. It wasn’t what she said it was how she said. It was so bad to the point I literally had to ask her not to speak to me in the manner in which she was. HORRIBLE ATTITUDE! Oh and when another crew member came over to ask her what was wrong with the order. Her response was “Albert happened again” so apparently this is not the first time this has happened. I’ll be contacting The Florida Department of Health

I gave another Burger King a chance after the last one did not give me a complete order. But this location is even worse due to the older lady that took my order through the drive thru. Note: it was not the young black lady.
I was very specific about the ordered and yet I was over charged because somehow she put through a combo when I specifically said a whopper junior and small chocolate shake. Ended up with fries, hence a combo. I ordered a number 10 fish combo with only fish and cheese, with onion rings and sprite. I was never asked what size yet I ended up with it being medium…what a waste as the onion rings were not even crisp and the drink was too much. And behold the fish sandwich had everything on it. I repeated my order several times and yet this older woman could not get it correct. Burger King has seen the last of my family and friends.

This is not Burger King!!! It has a sign that says Burger King, but it not like any Burger King I have ever ate at. I love Burger King, it’s my favorite fast food place but this one is the worse. I drive by there every day and I have given it 3 chances. The first time was terrible, the second was disgusting and the third was this place needs to be closed down. I have to go out of my way now for a whopper at another Burger King. Such a shame.

Explain to me how the word Whopper is in the name of this burger? Only slightly larger than a White Castle slider. BK keeps raising prices and reducing portion sizes. Quite frankly for $3.79 its a rip off. Not that I begrudge Burger King a profit… but this borders on false advertising. Sad, lukewarm mush.

This BK is dirty, horrible customer service and they don’t offer the national $5 meal that is advertised. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

so I am describing a trip I made via the drive-thru on Tuesday September 23rd 2025. It was a very long wait. It was post lunch…. 1:40ish and there weren’t that many cars ahead of me but it seemed to take forever. I would guess 10 minutes? I was on my way home and definitely had to let my better half know I would be at least 10 minutes late because I stopped at Burger King. When I did finally get my food it was good fast food. I ordered the impossible Burger . It was very good. What stood out , was the woman at the window was very good at what she did. She might have been the only person there for all I know . Maybe that was why it was so long a wait?? Anyway what I wanted to say, was she made eye contact, she was very pleasant , she said please and thank you to me and even asked me if I’d like some ketchup with my meal. I was very impressed with her.

Giving 1 star because thats the only option I get. Wait time was at least 30 mins. Food was not hot. And had been sitting for some time. Tasted like it was fried in sugar oil. Worse food ever. Will never go back there.

The food is always good service is just ridiculously slow. It should not take 25 minutes in the drive-through with only two vehicles in front of you. If the dining room appear busy it would make sense but there were maybe three cars in the parking lot.

I won’t recommend anyone to go to this location. It’s absolute garbage. They definitely don’t care about food safety I ordered twice times from this location. and both times I find Hair in my french fries. and the burger man it felt like someone picked it up from the toilet floor and put it in the bag and hand it to me. it taste horrible disgusting. I won’t recommend anyone to go to there.
