Worst experience ever!!! Sat at the drive thru order board for 5 mins, was about to leave but someone was behind me. Finlally made my order, simple, double cheese burger meal with a coke. pulled up behind the 5 cars waiting, there I sat for 45 mins… Get to the window and get handed a double cheese burger plain. I told him NO, I ordered the meal with a coke, “no” you didn’t. I said ok why would I pay 5.00 for just the burger when the meal is 4.99. Fine I will fix it, I said don’t just put toppings on that one I want a fresh one. Grumpy, he said give him a min. 10 mins still not done, a manager just happe nto walk by the window,got her attention. I said I have waited over an hour only to have my order wrong, she tried to defend the worker that I ordered wrong, then said he is making it fresh. Finally got my order and he still forgot the drink. The fries were cold and the burger looked like it was just thrown together. Tried to call the tore and of course they don’t answer.

Management is not present. The person that helped us was ridiculous. No personality at all. You could tell they didn’t want to be there.
I keep hoping this place will change, but I’m starting to give up hope.
Obviously the owner doesn’t care.
Find another fast food place to eat.

The manager here she does her best she can. My impossible whoppers tonight were made perfectly with lots of toppings. This location always gives you food you can trust eating imo. This location is better than others in the area that I have tried personally. Good job Seminole BK. I’ve been coming to this location since 1993.

Young man at counter super nice manager and cook with the unique eye makeup not so much sandwich was breaking apart because it wasn’t toasted or the entire batch was defective . Restaurant lobby tables dirty and while trying to eat our food a female employee was going to sit in lobby and when she saw my family sitting she proceeded to go back because she said there’s too many people here literally the lobby was empty except for the table that my family of four sat in

Rude manager. We had lunch and on the way out got yelled at for leaving the back door which was the door we entered from. Not sure what the issue was. Kind of odd to block a fire exit for any reason. Will not return to this filthy location ever. Dirty tables and seats. Management should be schooled on how to treat customers. Sorry I even spent money at this place.

I had never eaten at a Burger King before. I only came to try the new Impossible Burger. The burger was impressive but the restaurant was not. It took a while to get served and a worker’s young child was wandering around the kitchen. The place was kind of grimy and rundown.

Wanted to say that the most beautiful Erica and her awesome team always does an amazing job and deserves top shelf recognition. I work nearby and enjoy the occasional fish or impossible Whopper. I thank Erica and all for making me always feel welcomed and loved.

Where is the owner for this operation ?! I thought it was just a once or maybe twice thing but EVERYTIME we come here there’s like 2 poor employees running around with their head cut off running the whole restaurant . It’s always an ordeal going through the drive thru and takes at least 30 minutes every time . The quality of the food is subpar but the poor employees are just trying to get things out as quick as they can and working with what they got . Shame on the owner of this place , you need to either hire more employees or be at the restaurant helping your staff . I put the picture because I thought it was funny , I asked for lettuce , I’m hoping maybe they were just running out and that’s why I got so little . But do better Burger King !
