I ordered a hamburger through the drive-thru and went home, and to my surprise, when I opened it, the bun was burnt. How can they have the nerve to serve it like that?

Your typical fast food burger joint. My beef with them is they won’t give you a Cherry Coke at the drive through because the machine in the back doesn’t have it. The one in the dining room does. Typically when I go to the drive through the place is dead. I ask them to fill the Cherey Coke from the dining room. They say no. They are too lazy to walk out to the dining room. I try to call the management of this location and its impossible to get a number for them. They tell me to call for the district manager who occasionally visits the restaurant. The bottom line is they do not want to service the customers or request proper equipment to serve the customers requests. I am NOT happy with this restaurant at all.

This Burger King sucks. I ordered a whopper for the Patty to be freshly made. And I get something Stone, cold call. Them and all they could tell me. Is I got the wrong order? So then Customer’s supposed to be right, apparently at this place. They’re not the French fries were Stone. Cold didn’t get the stuff for the fries that I want it.
Beware this place will take your money and just do whatever. Nobody listens maybe they need to be more properly trained

I placed a mobile order at this Burger King, waited over 10 minutes in the drive-thru with no acknowledgment, and when I finally pulled forward, my food was already made and just sitting there getting cold.
What made the situation worse was the young lady at the window — she was completely dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, she acted bothered that I even asked about the delay.
Ignoring customers at the speaker and letting food sit out is bad enough, but the attitude on top of it made the experience even more disappointing. This location needs better customer service and management oversight.

It’s clean and staff are nice but I’ve been here only a few times, just for a fry and they always leave the box half empty. Today, I politely asked if it should have more fries and showed her but she said that’s our large. I got a med for a large price:(

I know I gripe quite a lot about Burger King’s consistency but this Burger King restaurant 1180 on Sunset point Road is absolutely one of the best burgers King burgers I’ve ever got Junior whopper with cheese. They’re right on fast, hot and friendly not much more you can ask for.

What a stellar experience at Burger King #1180 Erica and her team are doing it all right. The staff was smiling and friendly. The reasturant was immaculate, and the restrooms smelled of recent cleaning. My food was prepared and delivered to me in less than five minutes.
What a great way to have started my day.

Very dirty, puddles on the floor by soda machine, absolutely disgusting ladies restroom with no tp. One employee napping for 30 minutes while I was eating, and mo attempts to clean the place. Fries were good, though.

I came through to order 2 double whoppers only ketchup and mayo add bacon they asked if I wanted cheese and I SAID NO!!!!!!!!! but they put cheese on it anyway and they look very poorly made don’t eat here I’m not eating these and I’m too tired to come ask for a refund. I went here for the Adam’s Family Promotion which was advertised in the window and online. It was several days before Halloween and they didn’t have the chocolate shake or Churro fries and didn’t have the special packaging for the Things Rings. The purple whopper was available. It was really light on the lettuce and the meat was very thin. The staff seemed very disinterested in taking my order. I left very disappointed and likely won’t be back.
