So I was here today stopped by to get something to eat and the girl at the window was very rude I asked for my onion rings to be fresh and they were soggy and there was hair in my food definitely not mine cause I don’t have long hair and the hair was synthetic and when I called all they said was they would replace my food mind you I pulled the hair out of my mouth I want my money back forget the food

Lady at window (black lady) very rude. Upset because I ask for my food to be fresh. She gets nonchalant. She then hands bag out w/o saying a word, & I pull off & realize she didn’t give me my fries. My husband goes inside & she didn’t even want to acknowledge him. Even my kid said she scared him because of how mean she was looking at him while he was in backseat. I tried calling to speak to a manager but no one picked up. If she doesn’t like working there she should find another job. & I asked for barbecue sauce, she gave me sweet & sour. I’m home now & that’s very wrecking.

Tried to stop by last night on my way home for the fries and soft serve ice cream BK is advertising. It’s 9:20pm and they are closed. I went to the door and the employee makes am X sign with her arms and mouths the word closed and told me to go away.

Very rude service worker on the night of 12/13/25. First the person said “no orders over $50” we told them we weren’t ordering that much and that we just wanted some whopper jr’s, but instead all we were served was a bad attitude and an infinite wait time. There was one car in front of us. We had to go to the window to get their attention and they yelled at us that they were too backed up. As there was clearly only one car in front of ours. Maybe the day shift is good but I don’t recommend going at night.

Food was good, till I went to put ice in my unsweet tea I asked for ice on the side, thank god I did or we would have ingested the whole drink .when i called and reported what I found, I was apologized to because the tea was expired wasn’t made today and they offered me a free drink or a burger my partners puking right now they drank all of their tea. If you decide to eat here be sure to ask when the tea was made and hopefully you wont find what I did. If I got ice I would not have seen this and trusted that they would not serve expired drinks. I will not be returning to BK for any meals. Due to the staff not making fresh tea.

Food wasn’t as hot as I am accustomed to at Burger King. The rest room was clean and the staff was friendly. They were a little behind or maybe short on help. The dining room area could use a little bit of cleaning up. Had my food been hot they would have received four stars from me. Great job on keeping the beverage machine clean. That was a plus!
