30 dollars for two people to eat fast food is a lot of money to pay for a single meal. I’m willing to do so but fast food places need to step up the quality of the experience, service and most of all their food! It’s not just this location or franchise. I experienced the same lack luster experience many times all over the nation.
This BK is no better or worse. If you don’t mind loosing the quality of your food and dinning experience. This place is a good as the place across the street.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. I’d did an online order and messed up the selections for the kids meals and when I asked to change it, they were more than happy to do so. They’re always super busy, so it’s worth noting that it’s difficult to stay pleasant under that kind of pressure. Never had a bad experience here, and the food is always super fresh!

I arrived at this location today at approximately 10:15 PM and the doors were locked. But to my surprise there were two people sitting in the dining area. It also stated Ma that this location does not close until 12AM. There have been several restaurants and fast food places in this area that have been doing shady things like this. It’s like they are picking and choosing who they want to dine in at certain times. This needs to be sent to corporate so they can address this issue. If you say you’re open then be open to the public. There are also no times or store hours posted on any of the doors at this location. This is horrible business and customer service and it needs to be addressed asap. Have a wonderful week.

Ordered on the App. Arrived at restaurant and there were 5 cars ahead of us. Took 31 (Thirty One!) minutes to get to the window only to be told that the app order hadn’t come through. They confirmed the order was correctly placed and put it together by looking at the app on my phone. 41 minutes later, we got our order. Unacceptable! But at least the food was hot.

Not all Burgers King spots are the same, the fried were so hot and fresh it made me think twice if this was a Burgers King or the best Burger King ever built. The whopper was just the way I ordered it and was better than any whopper I have eaten. Thank you for the excellent service.

The staff is friendly and the place considered clean. It is a fast food after all. I was here for the 5 for $4 since I saw it on commercial. Really, hard to beat the deal and the food quality better than I thought. If you need a quick meal, either no time or no money or both. Not a bad deal. However, if I have a choice, I rather go to other fast food chain. A dollar more but to me the food tastes better there. This location also has their bathroom locked and guess to discourage unwanted guests due to the area is a bit rough.

I order At 5:08pm. As you see receipt, I received my food 20 minutes later. It was only 4 cars ahead of me. It was 2 pieces of bacon. I ORDER A BACON KING add lettuce and tomatoes and pickles. Need to do better, alot better. Not 1st time. Why such poor service? From top to bottom. Dirty ect. Make the sandwiches right. Clean up..

Poor trainee was up front alone doing her best while the majority of the staff, including the MOD were standing in the back having a gripe session. Meanwhile, there’s 6 customers in the lobby waiting to order or on an order and three vehicles in the drive through.
I left before I could finish ordering. This location’s quality has crashed in less than two years. I doubt I’ll be back for a while.

Absolutely ridiculous waited 15 minutes for a delivery order. Lady at the register was nothing but rude. Another customer asked about toilet paper for the bathroom and was ignored by the staff. Disgusting excuse of “fast food”
