Sharon is rude and not very intelligent when it comes to her job. I have ordered a bacon biscuit 4 days a week for yeeeeears at various burger kings. This morning I pull up to drive thru and wait nearly a full minute before I finally said hello hello – Sharon comes on and yells at me to wait a minute. She refuses to ring in my biscuit the way it’s been done in 3 states over 10 years and then she expects me to know how many strips of bacon come on the biscuit. Rude at the window as well- it’s not rocket science to work a drive thru and being kind to the people who are buying the product you are paid to sell seems like a basic level of common sense. I don’t want to deal with Sharon ever again this early in the morning

This location would do well to clean house and hire a completely different staff. If you take a look at the crew youll know what I mean. You’ll be waiting awhile for your food because these people have no sense of urgency. And you better check your bag before you leave because reading a ticket seems to be a big deal here

Went through the drive thru and got excellent, friendly service. I forgot to order drinks and it wasn’t a problem to add them on at the window. And the person who served me was so professional. I would definitely stop here again. We got the crabby patties and bacon potato bites, they were both delicious. Pineapple float was also very good.

This is a second review and a better one as well! The last one once not bad, but today something caught my ear. I heard the manager whom I asked her name and is Lera… A beautiful name for a beautiful soul. I over heard here leaving and the positive way she spoke to her crew made me wanna apply and work with her. I will say it is refreshing to hear a manager tell her crew that they are superstars and did a fantastic job. It’s nice to see such kindness in this less and less empathetic world . Good Job! Oh and because of that intro everything else became golden!

I genuinely believe the folks that work at this location do their best. I really do. But for whatever reason this location has been absolutely horrible since the pandemic. They are always understaffed, especially during breakfast hours. More often than not I have been asked to pull forward or not pull up to the pick up window so their countdown timer for window service does not accurately report how long I have waited for my food. Orders are frequently wrong. My most recent experience was with a delightful woman (seriously) who threw in an order of cini-minis for free when I asked to add them on to my online order, which was great…until I realized that the food I had actually ordered was practically refrigerator cold. What’s worse is that corporate only offered me a $5 coupon for an order I was not comfortable eating because I had no idea how long it had been sitting out to get THAT cold.
I don’t know how this place stays open, but if it’s a franchised location corporate should do everyone a favor, buy them out, and shut it down. It’s clearly not doing enough business to justify properly staffing the place, and it’s doing a lot of damage to the brand as it stands.

I ordered a double whopper , two orders of fries and 2 shakes. The shakes were barely full, and then I had to wait 10 min for my order, which was pretty standard. By the time I got the order, my shake had melted. So much for “fast food”. Andno apologies for the wait. YOU CAN DO BETTER!

It took 30 minutes to get our food after odering at the drive through. We ordered a fish sandwiche a chicken sandwich and onion rings. When we got to the window. I asked the girl if they had to catch the chickens because it took so long. She said they had to cook my onion rings. My fish sandwich looked like it was sitting for hours and the chicken sandwich was barely warm. Lettuce was wilted. However the girl at the window was very pleasant. Do not eat here.

I stopped at Burger King I don’t usually do fast food but had a craving for their original chicken sandwich so stopped got a chicken sandwich and a cold drink, the front counter service was outstanding friendly and fast the sandwich was fresh and delicious, thank you Burger King for a fast and fresh hot lunch

Tyniqua went above and beyond told her I didn’t need the onion on my Rodeo burger cause my bus was gonna pass by but she made it happen and delivered it to me personally cause her colleague was busy Tyniqua is 1 of 1 give that woman a raise yesterday cause she deserves it!!
