I came today and there was some lady screaming at all of the employees. I asked one of the employees what her name was and it was Nyellie. Not only did she not acknowledge us at all, she screamed at the drive through person for not saying the right thing, at the young girl making burgers because she was “putting too much cheese, not using the right buns”, and finally said she’s switching out with her because she’s not moving fast enough. Keep in mind there’s like no one in the store..if the employee is doing something wrong, you need to teach them. Do not scream at them in front of everyone. Incredibly rude and upsetting and over such little things that don’t even matter. Her attitude was genuinely disgusting. I’ve worked in the food industry for years and I have never been spoken to like that or spoken to anyone like that. How are you going to have a power trip when you’re like 30 working at Burger King? Respect your staff and be kind.

Best people who will give you your 2 whoppers with no patties. I get it. Get people out of your line at 8 at night. You will be closed by the time they notice. First time I ordered a BK whopper and didn’t get any protein. Please don’t come to this location unless you see something here to make you feel that a Veteran who works for Veterans deserves to be cheated and pay for nothing. Thank you. Service is consistently poor every time I visit, whether it’s the drive-through or inside. The employees, who appear to be mostly teenagers, often have unpleasant attitudes. Food is handed over without any basic customer service—no greeting, no thank you, and no acknowledgment at all.

I just went to this BK on BB Downs under staffed and after waiting 20 mins no service! Some “Fast” food. The lady manager told me sorry I’m only one person. I could not even order the duo deal on the machine so everyone who came behind me got their food! We left and went to McDonalds, a great experience there! Bye bye BK.

Unacceptable Experience – Avoid This Location!
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent visit to this Burger King location. I ordered the Ultimate Breakfast Platter with sausage, but what I received was a culinary abomination. When I arrived home, I was appalled to find that the sausage was ice cold, the pancakes were frozen solid like hockey pucks, and the eggs resembled a wet, cold sponge.
This level of negligence is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. It’s clear that the staff does not take pride in their work, and it shows in the subpar quality of the food. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of quality, especially from a well-established brand like Burger King.
Unfortunately, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will not be returning to this location again. In fact, if things continue to deteriorate, I predict this location will be out of business within five years. New management is urgently needed to rectify the systemic issues plaguing this restaurant.

The food was good and freshly made however the service was unwelcoming. When approaching the first window it was a nice warm greeting but the second window people were more concerned about the conversations with their coworkers than greeting the guests while passing out their food. That’s the only thing I can say about this location. Also by this being the second time, it’s seems like this is the usual for the area.

Order pickup on the app. The bag I received was sealed. Got home to find out they missed the whole half of my order. Always check your food guys! Isn’t worth the frustration, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Why is burger king so slow? Every town ive lived in Burger King takes forever to make a burger. Brandon, valrico, Riverview, land o lakes, spring hill, brooksville. They are just slow as molasses.
