I usually go to Wendy’s and get 2 – REAL egg & cheese biscuits for $3. Today, having known better, decided to give Burger King another try and was charged $7 for this!! The croissant was like doughy tasting, very thin piece of egg like substance and could barely recognize a piece of cheese. I should have known better because there were no cars in the parking lot! And this is a great reason why. Too expensive for garbage food.

Absolutely disgusted by my experience at this Burger King location. After placing an order over $35, I found a kinky hair in my Impossible Burger. The quality was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I went through the drive-through to advise them of the issue and requested a replacement Whopper, the staff showed no courtesy or apology, and even tried to charge me $7 for the replacement. Puincee is definitely management material… I caught this manager in action being a leader speaking to employees with a calm and guided tone very professional very clean cut. I have run into this manager at the Burger King on 301 and gibsonton as well being a phenomenal leader. The food is always fresh and on time even while I’ve done doordash I witnessed this manager doing and above and beyond job. A review is what I am giving but a raise is absolutely what’s deserved. Please do give the recognition that this manager deserves.

Unbelievably rude treatment by person claiming to be manager. We used to go every day. This was our last day and we will never go back. We loved the older woman who took orders but this is who we got on her day off. Ridiculous hater of older people. We saw him do this to other people and thought sad but who knows the details. Then it was out turn. This guy just loves to antagonize and stress older people who don’t deserve this. He should have been fired already.

Arrived at 10:43. The store closes at 11. Started our order in the drive through and they said, “We got everything closed right now.” I’m not even sure what that means. As we drove away, we saw an employee and the “manager” walk into the parking lot where there was a waiting car. Apparently a friend of theirs. They were hugging and laughing and having a good time. We left.

Came through the drive thru this afternoon.
To start the individual at the window was not pleasant, likely due to being overwhelmed. Pretty much threw the order at us and slammed the window behind her. She forgot our drink (medium sprite -on a separate order we placed-). However, what takes the cake is the moldy bread on the crispy chicken sandwich.
For management reference the order was a number 9, large fry, and large diet coke placed in between 12:05pm -12:15pm total $11.06 and paid with cash. I open up the wrapper to the sand which and immediately my eyes are directed to the mold directly ON TOP of the bun. So you mean to tell me the “cook” didn’t see it? I mean how could you possibly miss that? I am totally disgusted and quite frankly rather disappointed in the food and customer service. This location has seriously gone down hill and the other locations in the vicinity are not far from it either. I refuse to come back here, if mold is missed when in plain sight who knows what else is going “unnoticed”? I really hope that management gets it together because at the end of the day every person is a customer and I know for a fact if the worker that allowed this moldy sandwich to be sent out received the sandwich i did as a paying customer, they would be upset too.

Ordered off Doordash, they didn’t seal the bag or any items, dasher could have done anything they wanted to our food. Also forgot my zesty sauce for the third time in a row. How in the world is this store still running under this management

Placed a mobile order and it was ready when we arrived but took a while for someone to recognize me to even give me the order. Got a original chicken duo which they only gave me one. Got a bacon king and they forgot the bacon and the ketchup. So I go up to ask for a side of bacon cause I don’t wanna wait another 5 for them to have to remake it again to it probably being wrong again. Took 5 minutes standing there just to get a side of bacon, inside was empty not like there was a huge rush. Up front the was an employee mumbleing profanities under their breath which made me uncomfortable. The only other person who was in there for food was a man that wanted his sandwich replaced because he could tell it was old and microwaved. I worked for BK for 6 years and this is just disappointing

Nasty place rude people old food and they get your order wrong and charge you for their mistakes. Trash that’s all it is. So glad I’m not from this area won’t be back at all. The food was old and cold I really hope we don’t get sick from eating here. Just shut the place down already

Ive never left a review for a place before . But Everytime i come here, its always something. Everytime i come here they either take to long to take my order . Mind you i only go to this one in hopes they do better and its right by my job but no . There barely be anyone in line, and it still take them 5 minutes just to come to the intercom, i literally had to pull up to the window one time because like what yall doing?. And i was on a 15 minute break. The only person that seem like they do their job is the lady with dreads thats always there at the first window and make sure i get my stuff . But my recent visit , I had a stain on my cup lid! Like dried up sauce which was disgusting!! I inserted a photo , and my fries was cold as heck and i asked for a whopper with cheese and it didnt come with cheeese.I waited like 10 minutes in that line all together and they still didnt make my order until i got to the second window . I still ate it though because i was hungry and my stomach started hurting 2 minutes later . Never again ! Lesson learned.
